    Communicates well if orders delayed we had an emergency not shipping in extreme weather conditions etc.. Amazing customer service if your bugs are dead on arrival they’ll happily replace.

    I've ordered live insects from several different companies but this one is the ONLY one who ever sent replacements when my insects died in transit. Absolutely the best company to feed my dragon!

    Absolutely love Dubia and will continue to purchase my reptiles food and supplies from them! They're better than any other pet supply and insect supplier in the country. And they actually care about your reptiles unlike PetSmart and Petco that are only in business for the money.
