I love doing business with Moore water and air. Andrew was our service tech and he did a great job explaining the best way to take care of our water softener. He was very friendly, and you could tell really cared about his company and the customer.

Chad serviced my unit and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered any questions that I had and had extensive knowledge on the systems. The water tastes amazing and we don't have to buy bottled water anymore. Would definitely recommend Moore water and air.Moore Water & Air

Andrew was our service tech he helped with the issue we were having with our softener. He quickly and easily resolved the issue. He thoroughly tested all of our water and made sure everything was now working correctly. I highly recommend this company to anyone.Moore Water & Air

Best company ever, I called and they sent Jake out he was very professional. Talked about everything they do and all there products. He installed my water softener with ease, and stayed for a while to make sure everything was sealed and not leaking. And Jake also comes and drops off my salt and other products I ask for. I have my family and friends ask for Jake each time!Moore Water & Air

Jake came to my house and was fast accurate and told me everything I needed to keep an eye on, just in case I needed to call back. Never had to, except to have them come deliver the salt and Jake even checked my water levels each time he comes out and he always just looks so happy to be working for the Moore company. Jake is the best when u get urs ask for jake!Moore Water & Air

**** came to my house and did a great job on my water softener system and much more my house is old and he fixed my water pressure as well when he put my water softener in my basement. I tell everyone I know to ask for jake when they call and set up there appointment. He even told me I didn't have to use the normal amount of soaps for anything from dishes to washing in the shower because the water softener is just that great, and he was not wrong. Jake is the best!!!!Moore Water & Air
