      I bought a blazer at full price which was much larger and and did not look like the pictures when I got it. When I tried to return it once I received in a little over a week later, I was not able to because it had since been marked final sale. Marking new items as final sale is super shady, so they can skirt around accepting returns. The quality of all the items I received was Shein level quality but for a lot more money. Very disappointed in their quality and return policy. I would never buy here again. Nothing looks like it does on the model and everything XS is very large and shapeless. My 6’4 200 pound bf could fit into the cardigan I bought…

      They have a none existent customer service!
      I even tried the retail store front, but they were of no valued help!
      The item I purchased was a ‘chenille’ nutcracker sweater: what I received was a
      Huge nutcracker’applique’ sweatshirt!
      No returns
      No exchanges
      No customer service!
      I absolutely believe that the reason for their NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE is because of their TEMU like products!
      Please don’t waste your hard earned money for their photoshopped items!!!

      Awful customer service and return policy. I received the wrong item, reached out and asked for a refund. They respond to fill out ANOTHER application for a return, that I have to pay shipping to return the item on a mistake on their part.

      Customer service is horrible. Do not tell you about return policy until you need to return something. Then received email saying I was getting a gift card for my return + paying shipping out of my pocket to return items.
      I paid expedited shipping for items (2 day) for an event and it was 5 days later, making it 9 days after I ordered that the shipment arrived, missing the event.
      Also, no one you can talk to at the company about this situation. I will never buy from them again.
      The quality of the items was also crap.

      Terrible experience! 1st tote was sent had some random paint chips and a nick. 2nd shipment was worse and had missing paint all over the bag. The worst part was that someone tried to paint over a flower with a different color. Company promised me a refund back to my original payment. The next day I received a gift card in an email. I messaged them and said I want my refund back to my original payment. I opened a PayPal claim and was refunded within 20 minutes. Buyers beware!

      I had an awful experience shopping from Pink Lilly. So I was provided tracking information that never updated, and when I asked for help, they said I could have a refund or replace the items. I ask for a refund since it was 5 days since my package shipped, and even with it being the holidays, that usually means that something happened to the package. So a completely different person responded to me say actually they can't do that, and I just have to wait. So I did, and out of the blue the package arrived. So I get the articles of clothing and I am disappointed to see the quality of the clothes was awful. Then the icing on the cake came, when I went to make a return for one of the tops, I come to find they only do store credit. I have no intentions on ever shopping there again, and now they will profit from selling me low-quality, overpriced products; profit from me never using the gift card; and from me returning my unwanted item. I tried reaching out to the company about this any I have received no response. I would not recommend shopping with this company. In would give zero stars if I could.

      Pink Lilly is terrible customer service. I ordered an item, received order confirmation and then the next day received an email that my order was refunded and the item was out of stock. Yet, I was able to go to the website right away and find the same exact item and size and it is not sold out. I then used my refund to purchase a different item and THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. The next day I received an email saying my order is refunded and it was out of stock, yet online it was available for order. Pink Lilly feels like such a scam. Additionally the only reason I'm continuing to try to place an order is that the initial item I ordered a month ago did not fit according to the size chart. So instead of a refund, you get a store credit when its returned. Who does that? Once I use my credit I'll NEVER purchase from Pink Lilly. Its just terrible.

      WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 0 STARS!!! THEY HAVE STOLEN ITEMS FROM ME. I accidentally sent them back some clothes that I was sending back to another boutique. Almost $200 worth. That was my fault! Pink Lily sent me an email on 10/17/2023 stating that they received my return and it would be processed in 3 business days and a store credit issued. So around a week later, the other boutique contacted me and said that they items they received are not from their store. That's the first alert that I got. So I messaged Pink Lily. Got a reply that they would reach out to their returns department and let me know what they say. I would have to keep replying to the message to get them to respond back to me. And every time, she would say "I've reached out to our returns department. They will let me know if they can find the items and then they will ship them back to you." This has gone on for a week. I messaged them today again to check to see if they've gotten any answers. She tells me that they said they are unable to located the items and for my inconvenience, they are giving me a $30 store credit. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!?! They had the items in their possession on October 17, 2023, because they emailed me and said so (as well as the tracking number confirming that it was delivered). Now that it's discovered that I accidentally sent the wrong items back to them, they can't find them?!?!?! Bull!!! Someone took them!!!!! They don't just disappear!!!! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other boutique that got Pink Lily's items contacted me IMMEDIATELY notifying me that they received someone else's items. They shipped them to Pink Lily within a day of talking. Pink Lily will steal your items if they get the chance!!!!!!!!! So sick to my stomach that I'm out almost $200!!!!!

      Waited 30 days for my order to "say" delivered and it was no where to be found. I contacted customer service and was told to check around with neighbors to see if they had it. Never showed up and nobody can tell me where it was delivered or any other proof of delivery. Stated they will resend, but super disappointing since I ordered what I did for an upcoming trip. Will not use this site again and will definitely warn others about it.
