      I ordered a shirt that read Coffee from Tori's line in a size medium on Monday June 5th I received a size large Cheer shirt. I contacted customer service in regards to the shirt I ordered/Paid for. To correct this mistake they offered me one solution only which is to return the shirt as soon as possible and then they will ship me the correct shirt. As a business it seems bizarre to me that you would make your customer pay for/fix the mistake you made before making it right with them. As they are the ones that paid for the item and did not make this mistake. The customer service was incredibly rude & unsatisfactory.

      I normally love their clothing, but their shipping is HORRIBLE. For sure the worst of any boutique/company I’ve ordered from. I ordered April 9th, hoping I’d get a couple of the items next week for a trip. I have yet to receive any shipping notice. Most boutiques that I order from, I have the order within the same week. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again due to the awful shipping. With a company this large, you’d think you could get things moving quicker. So frustrating.

      I will go ahead and leave a review for this aweful company. I have ordered twice from here and both times I had to return items. Do not order anything that you think is white. It is not white! It is always more of a cream color. The material of their dresses are aweful, and the worst park of the entire company is that you have to pay $6 to ship a return back only to receive a store credit. What will I even want to buy from this company when their product is so terrible. I wish I had seen all these reviews before making a purchase from this place. I have yet to see a review that is higher than 1 star. Such a shame. I’d rather spend the money at a store like A***** *****. Pink Lily needs to do better if they want to stay in business.

      I just placed my 1st and last order with Pink Lily. I wanted to love this site but their return policy is awful! I bought a dress and a shirt. They said final sale. I am 5’3 and 150lb. Followed THEIR size chart and the model videos. Both are so small… my daughter can wear the shirt and she has a 5’4 and 110lb’s!! I asked for a store credit. Was told no. Final sale on a FINAL. Got it! I hate doing bad reviews! But this just doesn’t set right.

      I would have saved myself the hassle of this company & steered clear had I only looked at reviews of a company I have never ordered from before & here I am leaving a one star because it’s a huge letdown.
      Placed order of 4 different overall shorts- over $200- & the day the box came was not my order… none of it!
      Chatted with customer service.. was told to send in the order I was sent (found they charge a return shipping fee also for a mistake I didn’t make) and that one of the overalls is now out of stock so that money would be refunded & my remaining order would be shipped to me.. ok fine..
      I am still waiting for return amount on product they ran out of & a new shipping confirmation. It’s almost as if they waited to be sure I sent product that was not my order back to them before shipping me my correct order. That is bad customer service when none of this was my fault.!! Like I told the lady had I received my order to begin with I would’ve not had an item go out of stock! I also think like most places offer a discount for future purchases for mistakes made on there end & nothing. But as I think about it this is a total turn off & I highly doubt I will have an future purchases to make. My order must be just…? No communication as to what is going on.
      I have a feeling after reading one bad review after another that if I ever receive my correct order I will be returning.!!
      Frustrated.!!

      I ordered 3 shirts from this company and received a shipping notification with tracking. The tracking number shows that USPS never received the item. I emailed them about this and they are telling me that USPS only picks up bulk orders so they haven’t picked up. I can understand if this took a day or so but not over a week. I own a business myself and ship out packages daily. USPS picks up if it is 1 package or 50, all that has to be done is schedule the pick up with a click of the mouse online. I fully believe she does not have the products and is ordering them after the sale and printing labels with tracking numbers to mislead customers into thinking their order has shipped. In my business experience if for any reason my orders are not picked up I take and drop them off to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. This is very bad business and dishonest. I asked if there was an anticipated date as to when orders would be picked up and was told no. At this point I feel as though they are not planning to ship the order and then they keep the money and offer gift cards that can’t be used because they have no product. VERY fraudulent.

      I want to like this stuff and support the sweet owner!!! But very frustrated. I do not want store credit on an item they clearly call WHITE, picture of a white dress and I get a cream Muslim type, not Cotten dress like in pictures!!! I get punished and have to pay $6 return for their mistake and misrepresent of product. Horrible customer service you email no one answers emails and no phone number to call. I don’t want gift card or store credit. Never buy from here again.

      NO REFUNDS and they only give you less than week to return your items! Now I'm stuck with a gift card to a shop that I have no interest in ordering from them.

      I'm honestly just so fed up with this company. I have spent so much money here and every time it's a bad experience. It's honestly just a gamble if the quality will meet expectations of the costly price tag. Most times it does not and when that happens you are stuck with the item because they will charge you $6 to return the item(s) and the rest you can only get store credit, It's unbelievable. I spent $120 on graphic tees and one is completely not like the photos and I wanted to exchange it for a different one only to be told I can only exchange sizes or get a gift card which would come to $30 after shipping and the tees are no longer on sale therefore would have to spend and additional $20 PLUS the additional $6 shipping. This website is just such a scam it blows my mind how it is still so popular...

      I spoke to a pink Lily representative and they wouldn’t refund my money of $200 they would only give me a pink Lily gift card. I told them I do not want a refund of a pink Lily gift card. I want a full refund on my card I paid with, The clothes are cheaply made and not the quality they present online nor the price. I do not want to shop there. I am very disappointed and want my money back.
