      I applied online for a credit card consolidation. I received an email from Eagle stating they received my application and someone from the office would be calling me. It's now over a week with no call. I understand that everyone may not be approved, but no response is rude and unbelievable. Why would they just ignore and not have any response by phone or email! I'd like a reason for either a denial or just why I've been ignored.

      Eagle Loan Company has been providing consumer loans for over 25 years. We take pride in providing excellent customer service to all customers and applicants. We did notify the customer of our decision and are resending a copy of the written decision.

      Eagle loan can approve most people. Your payment is normally set up as an ach, which is convenient for most people. My local office has great people and are always respectful.Interest is higher than a bank generally, but some people have to bite the bullet, so to speak.

      Stay away from this place they have ruined me. I was on time for a very long time with them . Once a person falls on hard times and was going to file chapter 13 to a least pay back the money owed . They turn around and sue you . So not only your unemployment and trying to make ends meet they screw you over. No compassion at all .

      Eagle Loan treated me like i'm nothing the man i talked to there said my collateral vehicle and home and everything i own is of junk value from the black book. They treated me like crumb, and i don't want these people recommended nowhere.

      Eagle Loan has been in business for 25 years helping thousands of people in their time of need. We make every effort to approve as many loans as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot approve everyone.

      Stay away from this place. You'll pay forever on a small loan. You are told you have a 10 day grace period for your payment, which allows you to change the due date without a late fee . And a late fee if it is pushed past 10 days, just as long as it is paid before the end of the month. One month I had it changed , still within the 10 days and was told all set. One day after the original due date I received 2 messages saying my payment was over due and to call immediately as this matter needed to be taken care of. Next day wife received the same message. We called and stated we had set up a date and why are we receiving calls, basically calling us deadbeats. Woman looked it up and said" oh I see it, you're all set". Not even a sorry. Next month I set a date up, still within the 10 days. And boom, payment came out on the original date, leaving me with nothing in my account after utilities and car and house insurance. Without a doubt they will also take out another payment on the date I set up. Since transactions are done electronically, I strongly recommend anyone to pursue wire fraud against them, as I will.

      I would never take another loan here. It is a scam! I roughly took out a total of 2500 and paid it on time every month until I faced financial hardship. I tried to workout a temporary payment plan until I got back on my feet but they were not willing to work with me now I owe over 3500 and I know paid at least 1500 of the 2500. Im being sued for over 3500 and they will begin garnishment. Beware and do not take any loans from this place! Their attorneys aren’t much better either I tried to work with them on a payment plan and they did not budge on the amount. I pray someone sees this and does not take that loan out. I am so ready to be finished with this place and never look back. I was sent a pre approval recently from them to take out another loan which was thrown in the trash immediately. Please please avoid them at all cost! The interest rates are predatory and their practices are predatory as well.

      Scam alert, they explain that the insurance is included with the loan when you go in to sign your paperwork and then charge you for the insurance causi g the cost of the loan to go higher than agreed upon.
