      I WILL NEVER EVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!
      I've obtained loans from this company before and paid them off. This time I get a loan for only $2100 and im being told the payback amount is $4400 ??? That is ridiculous ! They force customers to pay for benefits that we don't need and I think that's bad service. They should provide online copies of documents so that I can go back and review the documents at my leisure. They should also make the benefits OPTIONAL. I' already pay for the same benefits they offer out of pocket, why am I being forced to pay for more benefits just because im in a financial situation and need a loan ? On top of that, I was under the impression I could pay what I borrowed ($2100) back before the the full term without paying for interest and all other benefits . INCORRECT. They want you to pay the balance you borrowed and full benefits for the entire term even though you don't need it. This literally puts more stress and financial struggle on customers.

      I have had an account for a while, always paid on time, never had any issues with my payment history. I still owe on a loan but wanted to borrow a little more to pay off credit card bills. Now, they are making me jump through more hoops just to get the new loan. I have provided everything they have asked and they still want me to jump through hoops. Thanks but no thanks. I'll pay off my current loan in cash and move on. Considering my history with them I would have thought they would have worked with me. Very disappointed.
