      I locked my keys in my car, and called them for service. They said they would get them out for me and took my information. They said someone would call or text me when they were coming. I got nothing and then a conformation saying the job was done. It was not, then I look at the receipt and they didn’t even take down the right information that I gave them about my car. I called their numbers and I get no response. Now I’m stuck at the place that I’m locked out. They said it was done and provide nothing and no one to talk to to get it fixed. They charged me and I’m still locked out. This is all in there business hours as well.

      Hello, KeyMe did not have a service provider that could assist the customer and the job was canceled. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. The customer was issued a full refund.

      On October 5th I needed the service of a locksmith. The technician showed up around 11 pm and worked until 1 am. He told us he would need to cut a key on a better machine he had elsewhere. He then told us he would return in the morning to finish up. He never called of showed up. I found my key that evening and returned to my car to retrieve it. When I stuck my key in the ignition it would not turn. After multiple failed attempts to reach the technician, ***** sent out a new technician that wanted 700 dollars to repair the damage from the first technician we didnt have that amount, so they took $370, every cent i had.I filed a complaint with ****** the company that sent out the first technician and the second technician who fixed it for reimbursement and they refuse. If the first technician wouldn't have broken my ignition I wouldn't have had to pay the second technician.

Due to ***** not having any partnered locksmiths in the area, the customer was transferred to a third party to have the job completed. Since the customer initially contacted ****** we have reached out to the customer about their experience and will provide a satisfactory resolution once we receive a reply.
