On September 3, 2022 I saw a TikTok from BuenaVistaThreads and immediately went to their site. I ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt for $68.40 and paid using ApplePay. One of them was Halloween themed and I was told they would both ship within 4 weeks. After not hearing or receiving any updates on my order I emailed on October 8th to inquire. I received no response. Other customers expressed similar issues on BuenaVistaThreads social media page. The pages have since been taken down, as well as their website. I don't even care about the clothing anymore, I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this business on July 25, 2022. On August 23, 2022, I got an email saying order #**** was on the way and was provided a link to track my shipment. The UPS link however said that the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible and that the label was created but ups hasn’t received the package yet. I responded to this email on September 9, 2022 explaining this issue but did not get a response. I then went on their website and used the chat option on September 14, 2022 asking for an update on my order. They responded saying “ Hm it looks like it might have gotten lost, I will make it again and ship it out tomorrow!” the same day (September 14, 2022). I did not get an updated shipment email or link to track my shipment. The UPS link still had the same message as before. A copy of the message sent through the chat was emailed to me, so I replied to that email on October 13, 2022 asking for an update on my order and got no response. I emailed them again on November 8, 2022 asking for updates and got no response. They have since deleted their instagram page and stopped posting on their tik tok page. they have also closed their website so that you need a password to enter. Since they are not responding to email I cannot contact them to issue a refund.Initial Complaint

On August 21st, 2022 I ordered $84.40 worth of items from Buena vista threads. Confirmation number is #********* I emailed her about my order she was to make the shirts in a certain color and she replied. Then months later I hadn’t heard anything about my order. I emailed her a few times and no response. It’s now been almost 7 months. I haven’t received my order, haven’t heard from her. Now I’m just $84.40 short with no product.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt on 8/22/22. The order number is #****. I paid a total of $40.57 USD. Tried contacting the business after a month for order status at least 3 separate times on multiple different platforms and heard nothing back. I saw the business advertising a sweatshirt (photo attached) over the summer and the post said the restock was on September 1st. On September 1st, I placed an order for the sweatshirt. I received no confirmation email but my credit card was charged (photo attached). My total was $43.12. Due to it being a small business, I did expect a few weeks from order to delivery. However, I never received any further confirmation or contact regarding my order - even the Shop app showed no changes or updates (photos attached). I reached out via instagram (the business account gas since been deleted) and got no answer. I would really still like the item and/or my money back. I know its a small business and I feel bad doing this but its not fair. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased my item on September 15th, with a promise on the site that my item would be shipped and processed within 12 business days. It is now November 26th, after multiple attempts to contact the owner to find out why my product hasn't been processed but I've been charged, their site is down and they won't answer any questions

I ordered two different tshirts from this company. They charged my debit card $59.74 on August 13th 2022. I have reached out via email to try and get a refund because there has been no update on shipping for the product. The business owner does not respond to any communication requests. I searched the business on Instagram and according to the comments multiple people have experienced the same issue as me. I ordered a $36 sweatshirt from the company on September 19th (order *****) and hoped to hear something within 10 business days (as suggested on the website). Instead, it's been over a month and a half and I've sent two emails on 10/14 and 10/21 (along with DMs via instagram) requesting information regarding my order and have yet to receive a response. When I checked the comments on their Instagram, it seems this is the case for several other costumers, with some ordering as early as August without hearing a single thing about their order. When they try to get in contact to learn the whereabouts of or even refund their order, they are met with complete radio silence. In addition, the company's online store was taken down and locked behind a password, making it seem as though the owner has completely neglected their shop. I understand that things happen in life which can inevitably delay orders (and hope everything is okay in the owner's life), but the owner refuses to respond to messages requesting information or refunds, forcing costumers to request a refund through their bank. At this point I recognize that even if the owner were to suddenly reply to my messages I likely wouldn't receive my item in time, so I unfortunately have to request a refund. I hope we (customers in the same situation) all receive answers soon as I genuinely wanted to support this small business.Business Response
