    On August 22nd I ordered a sweatshirt from this shop for $44.62 and it hasn't been shipped to me yet. Their website says that orders will ship from 2-10 days after it was placed. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have yet to get a response. I would like a refund for my order.

    I ordered a product from this business on 8/12/2022 and the shipping label was created, but the package was never received by UPS. The seller did not reply to my emails so I direct messaged her on Instagram, where she then told me that she shipped my product but there was a mix up at the post office. The package has still not arrived on 9/10/2022 and after calling UPS they confirmed that the package never got dropped off. I have emailed, direct messaged, and commented on the business social media and cannot get a response.

    Thank you for reaching out to the business for me. I ended up receiving a refund. I don't know how true it is that she is sick (but if she truly is, I wish her well) because she claimed to have sent my package through UPS and then ghosted me when I told her I called UPS and a package was never delivered. I mention these details because she has scammed multiple people, she even posted on social media story that her family members were sick and she was back in shop, but that was the last update she had posted. I have had multiple other customers of this business reach out to me because I stated that I received a refund by contacting the BBB. So thank you again for taking action on my behalf because I truly trusted the integrity of this LLC business.
