    I ordered a shirt from buena vista threads on August 12, 2022. The total for the order was $31.82. I have not received the product nor tracking on the product. I reached out via email on September 19th and then again through tiktok dm and have not heard back from either. This was ordered after one of her videos went viral and it appears that no one has received their order. I would like a refund.

    I placed an order 8/12 and never received the order. I contacted the seller multiple times and never got a response. Apparently this is happening to a bunch of people. She needs to be shut down for taking everyone's money.

    I placed an online order through the Buena Vista Threads website on 9/3. I paid $30.72 and received an order confirmation email but my order was never shipped or out for delivery. I have waited over a month for my order but never received it and I would like my money back.

    I ordered a sweatshirt from buena vista threads on August 23rd, 2022. She said the order would be ready within 2-10 business days. It is now October 15th and I have still yet to receive my order. I tried contacting her several times asking for an update on my order or just a refund, but she will not respond and her website has been shut down. I still have not got my money back and she still has not responded, not through email or social media.

    I purchased a t-shirt from this business on 9/1/2022 for a total of $30.72. The website stated that it would be shipped within 2-10 business days. It has now been a month and a half and it has never been shipped or received. I have emailed the business multiple times to cancel the order/receive a refund and have never received a response. Their website is now shutdown and there are dozens of comments on their social media from other customers experiencing the same issue.

    I purchased two shirts 8/12/22. It is now 10/14/22; she advertises shipping out within 10 business days. they have not been shipped but more importantly the seller refuses to respond to my email and other contact attempts through social media. She has blocked access to her website, and on her social medias there are dozens of other people saying the same thing, saying they were scammed and had to get the BBB involved because she would not even process a return for them.

    I placed an order over a month ago and never heard back from them. I reached out to her via email and DM multiple times and it's been radio silence. I placed two orders: ***** and ****** I would like a full refund as this company is a scam and I don't believe they have any intention of fulfilling my order.

    I ordered 2 items from this business on 8/19/2022 and I have not received any shipping updates when her business stayed 2-10 days for fulfillment. I paid $62.40. I have tried emailing her 3 times, I used her chat with us box on her website (that is now currently unavailable), I also direct messaged her on Instagram and posted comments on her posts trying to get in contact with her. I know several others have filed complaints about her business, and one recently who filed with you received her order that she placed on 8/12/2022. She did post on her Instagram story that she had two family emergencies that had since been resolved and this was a month ago, but still nobody has been able to get a response from her. My desired outcome from this situation is to receive the ordered items. However, if that is not possible I would like a refund from her business. Thank you.

    I purchased a sweatshirt on august 12, 2022 worth $44. I have emailed the business several times with no response and I still have not received my product. According to other buyers, this business has not responded to them and also not shipped their products. This business seems to be fraud and has stolen my money.

    I ordered two sweatshirts from this company back in August, I have yet to receive my items, the shop is now closed, the company is not responding to costumers and comments on their instagram business account are showing it has happened to MANY others and I was recommended to complain here to possibly get my refund.
