    I ordered a sweatshirt from this business on August 12, 2022. The website advertised to allow 2-10 business days. Around September 12th, I sent a message asking for an update. On September 14th, the owner responded, "I will ship it out today!" All the business owner did was create a tracking code on September 16th. USPS has had it labeled as "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" ever since. I know dozens of others are having this issue too with this business.

    I ordered 2 shirts for around $78 in august from buena vista threads. Her website said it would take 2-10 days to ship. A month passed by so I messaged her and emailed her and she said that she would ship the next day. A shipping label was created but never shipped out and it's been 2 weeks. I can't get in contact with her anymore either.

    I placed my order a month ago and have emailed her multiple times with updates. She is scamming me and did not ship my order and I would like a refund.

    Hello, on august 31st I placed an order from Buena Vista Threads for two sweatshirts totaling $70 plus $11.35 in shipping, $81.35 total. The website stated 2-10 business day turnaround. After the expected time i had not received a shipping notification I chose to give a few extra days, still nothing. Went to her Instagram (@buenavistathreads) where I noticed many other people commenting they had not received any product or communication from her- even people who ordered much before me. I then reached out via Instagram direct
    Message on 9/21 asking for an update then again on 9/22 requesting a refund if the items were not going to be shipping soon. I have received no communication and now her website is closed down so I cannot reach out through there. I would like assistance in receiving a refund and hopefully stopping her from doing this further. Thank you,

    I purchased a sweatshirt for $35.32 from this shop on August 23. I believe the estimated turnaround time was 2-4 weeks or something like that. I tried to reach out regarding when I should expect it to ship out once it was over 4 weeks and hadn't heard anything. She put something on her instagram story to all complaining about their order that said the best way to contact her was through her website. So I did that but still hadn't heard anything about it. She has since closed her website down and I have yet to hear anything back about my order. The timeline goes: placed order Aug 23, reached out over email Sept 10, reached out another way over website form Sept 20. I know she is in knee deep with other orders as well and I am not the only one, I just want a refund. I was charged at immediate point of purchase back in August so I would just like my money back now.

    I bought a sweatshirt on August 31, and was told it would be shipped in 5-10 days. It has yet to ship and there is radio silence from the company with several other people having the same experience. I reached out over website, email, and Instagram Dm. With shipping, the total was $41.28

    Placed order got confirmation of order and then no communication tried emailing texting messages and no response now it seems her store is closed. Checking her site seems I am not the only one with this problem.

    Spent $33.02 for one shirt.

    I have yet to receive any information about the order. No tracking, no it's going to be late, no communication from the employer at all!
    I've emailed the company on 9/1/22 and never received communication that way either.

    On September 1 I placed an order with the company for an embroidered shirt. The website states that orders take 2-10 to process. Beginning September 12 I started emailing the distributor for an update. I have contacted from the website, the personal email, and replying to the confirmation email. The seller has been silent and refuses to respond to emails or messages.
