    I will never buy from Buds again. Buyer beware, this is not an honorable business. They will send out promo emails with "great deals" until you try and buy it and then... the pricing or product description changes and they expect the consumer to take the hit. They will not do the right thing, they will hide behind terms and conditions that nobody reads but the short answer is, Buds wins and the consumer loses! ******** ***** ****** and ********** ***** websites are better to order from! I would give NEGATIVE or at best ZERO STARS but that wasn't possible.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Our marketing email was generated and sent out based on the initial listing information. This listing showed the image of the item and model number consisting of a 10-round box of ammunition, but a typo in the description listed the item as a 20-round box. The customer contacted us to confirm which it was and we confirmed that it was a 10-round box and apologized for the confusion. The customer refused to accept that explanation and would only be satisfied if we provided the item at half price to match the email that went out with the typo. We explained that we would be unable to process any order for the item at that price and advised of our terms and conditions to explain that due to the number of items listed, we cannot guarantee that listings are error free. We have done the right thing as once we became aware of the error we confirmed to the customer the correct total so they could know what the purchase would be for, as no order had been placed at the time of the contact, and corrected our listing. We understand the frustration and apologize again for the inconvenience.

    Bud's Gun Shop is 100% responsible for the marketing materials that are created and sent out to customers and you should honor those prices even if there is a mistake as the customer is not responsible for your error. That would be doing the right thing! It should not be the customers responsibility to proof read and check what BUD'S GUN SHOP emails to existing and prospective customers. Yes, I did expect you to honor the price that you emailed to me..... I think most people would. I have been in business for many years and if I misquote someone a price, I honor it because it was my mistake, not my loyal customer's.

    Slow to ship products that they claim are in stock. I personally think they are using manufacturers warehouses but they will never confirm it and always claim that is coming from one of their many warehouses but they claim that thay have to ship it to a main warehouse before shipping it to the customer.

    We will always ship our orders out as quickly as possible. However, due to the steps necessary to process firearms, we do advertise that our standard processing time frame for our orders to ship is 3-7 business days from the time the order is paid in full. We do only list items that we have in stock as we do not take backorders for inventory unless the item is specifically marked as a reserve item. Because we do list so many items it is correct that we do have multiple warehouses where we do store inventory in and it is also correct that we do have a main shipping warehouse. The reason for this is that our FFL is tied to the main shipping location so in many cases we will have to move inventory to that main shipping warehouse to ship the items out. As noted before we will always ensure that we process and ship the items out as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee a shipping time frame for an order besides that advertised window. In reference to the most recent order for this customer, the order was placed on Wednesday evening 2/1 and was shipped out on the 4th business day of processing which was the following Tuesday 2/7.

    I ordered ammo from Bud's that never came. ***** lost the package. I Paid $17 for shipping insurance. It's been a month and they still haven't refunded me or reshipped my lost product. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank. I will never order from Bud's gunshop again. Very unsatisfied with their response and lack of urgency to make it right. They send 20+ emails a week asking me to review a product I never received. Spend your money locally with a company that will appreciate your business.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have contacted FedEx to begin the insurance claim process to assist the customer in this instance. This step is necessary as the outcome of the investigation impacts whether or not the shipping insurance would cover the package, or the package may be located and then delivered. Unfortunately, we do have to wait for the FedEx investigation to conclude before we can move on to the next step. Investigation time frames can vary based on many factors and the carrier performing the investigation. Typically, FedEx investigations take around 2-3 weeks for us to receive a response and approval on the shipping insurance claim. We apologize again for the inconvenience and we are watching to ensure that once we have received the confirmation on the claim process we can either reship the missing items or issue a refund.

    Great selection and easy checkout plus I like the layaway plan which I have used. Also the little extra you pay for a life time warranty over all good experience with buds.
