    I haven't received my gun yet but I am eager to pick it up. Ordering was an easy process. I sent questions that got answered quickly. I would recommend Bud's to friends and family.

    Ordered a Kimber 1911 from Buds. It arrived at my FFL with defects. The slide would stick about an inch from going into battery. Would need to physically push the slide to get it into battery. Me, the two employees at the FFL and 5 other people in the shop observed this as an issue. Also, I stated the magazines would get stuck halfway into the slide and need to be slammed to fully inserted. As instructed on the website I refused the transfer and Buds had it shipped back to them. I asked for a replacement item since the original was defective. After a week of silence Buds sent me an email stating they could not replicate the issue and they would only resend me the original item (that I already found defective) or change me a 10% restocking fee for refund. I called and spoke with two people at Buds about the issue with the last supervisor being especially rigid. They refused any other option other than resending the defective firearm or charging me $100 to restock the pistol. Best case this is bad faith, worst case they are scamming people Buyers beware. Order from these guys at your own risk. Especially if its something expensive. Apparently nothing stopping them from sending you defective firearms then claiming they cannot replicate the issue.

    We apologize for any inconvenience. We did receive a request to return the firearm due to it having mechanical issues and we did offer the customer the option of a refund or replacement of the firearm, as we would for any defective item. When the firearm was returned our returns department as well as members of our processing department tested the firearm and found that it was fully functional. Normally, in the case of a non-defective return fees would apply, however, as we did not inform the customer of the fees we did want to provide an option to get the firearm back without any fees at all. After the discussion, it was decided to cancel the order. At the time the restocking fee was assessed. However, after reviewing the order we have notified our financing department to refund the remaining balance as a courtesy. The normal fees would apply in the should there be a return of a non-defective item.

    I ordered a rifle magazine from Buds gun shop. I removed the magazine from the package to see if it was the correct one for my rifle. And it was not correct and would not fit correctly. So I emailed Buds gun shop to get a return label. But they responded by saying they didn’t take returns if the packaging is opened. I never heard of that. I feel that’s bad business practice. I will not recommend or buy any product from them again.

    We are very sorry to hear that the item was unable to fit your firearm. Unfortunately, for accessory returns, we can only take returns for non-defective items if they are unopened and in their original packaging. This is stated on the "Shipping and Returns" section of our website where it states: "Accessory items that have been opened from the manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for return." This rule is in place as do not inventory or sell used accessories, so we cannot resell anything once it has been opened from the original packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Wide selection of firearms at very competitive prices. Ordering is simple and ship super fast. Purchased 2 firearms thus far and am super happy with the process. Buds will send you an email at every step to notify you of your order status. Create an account and you can check order status yourself at any time. I recommend Buds to all my gun buddies.
