  Three year customer - very dissatisfied with standard of lawn care, but what put me over the edge was their constant phone spamming to get me to come back. I blocked their numbers each time and they still found me. Always blamed their "system" as reason they couldn't remove my number. When i threatened reporting to the BBB they stopped. They're a disgraceful operation.

  This is the third year that we have had them do our seeding and lime. Every year we’ve had problems which range from getting on the list to have the seeding done and months go by and then they tell me I wasn’t on the list. Which pushes it into very cold weather and lots of leaves to deal with. This year they left huge areas without seeding. I watered for all the weeks that they told me to every day unless it rained. And after the grass came up, it was bare in a lot of places, especially in our backyard. The day that they did the seeding I checked the backyard and the side yard where I found the aerator had completely missed. There were no plugs. I called that day and she said he wouldn’t be able to come back that day but would be able to come back the next day or by the end of the week. Three weeks later I’d still not seen them so I called and she told me she would give the message to the manager. No response. I called again in about another week and a half and ask if the manager had received my message and she told me that he had gotten the message and I said OK he has not responded. Almost another week before he finally shows up in our yard and has almost the entire backyard redone. It was done today and we have a freeze warning tonight. I have spent no telling how much money in watering only to turn around and have to do it again. This will be a huge water bill. They completely didn’t do the side yard again so another phone call happened and he’s supposed to be back today. I will believe it when I see it. I will probably be changing lawn services next year as this was close to $600 and all it took was them coming back when I called the first time and getting it fixed. They have caused me excess money in watering and having to try to keep up with when they say they’re going to be here and then not show up for a week or longer. I would not recommend this lawn service.

  i am being charged for a weed control application when in reality i called to inform them that the application previously did not take care of a lot of the weeds. Areas were totally missed and that i was highly unsatisfied with the application and according to their guarantee that a re-application is of free of charge. i would have loved to see this to be case however this happened several times during the 3 years using their service.. I was told over the phone that someone would be out in the next week to do a reapplication for weed control. They came out the following Monday and preformed the application that i was under the impression was free but now i am being billed for that reapplication service. They are telling me that i authorized this service but in reality i called them to complain about the weeds. That was the sole purpose of the reapplication that is in their guarantee. I don't feel i should be responsible for this application since i still have many weeds that were supposed to be treated in the first place. They are trying to tell me that it was a scheduled application and they will come out to do a reapplication for free at this time. I told them that i did not want to receive any more of their services. I told them that i was discontinuing them and would not pay for that last treatment since it was supposed to be a reapplication according to their guarantee. They told me they will send me to collection for non payment. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years paying on time and this is how they treat me. I never once received the same technician, no accountability for their services, no wonder the weeds applications don't work. Please help with this complaint..

  Prompt courteous service. They always inform me when treating my property. My yard was mostly weeds, now it’s thick and green . Great company to care for your lawn.

  I cancelled their service and they won’t stop calling me. I have told them 4 times and they continue to call to sell me services that I have told them I don’t want

  I have never seen my lawn look so bad or what is left of it. They are telling me we have water damage because of overwatering. We are in a drought and our water is only on on Sunday, I have more weed than sod ok what in the world were they doing other than stealing my money. I wii take this all over social media.
