      If I could leave zero stars I would. My grass looks worse now that they did a treatment. When I called them about my grass they recommended more services ranging around 400 dollars. I have spent lots of money trying to get my grass bk together. I wanted my weeds gone not my grass. They destroyed my yard.

      Customer service is horrible. I was on the phone for almost an hour. The people were rude. I just got the service and was quoted one price but was charged something different. The first thing that was said the call was recorded but not the whole call. This is unacceptable.

      Weedman did nothing right from the beginning... through to the end.
       
      I had a bad experience with Weedman in the past, but I was going to give the young man a chance, and he assured me that a technician would be over to meet with me to address my concerns. No one came. 
       
      The prepay price that I paid for services was supposed to be a discounted price. However, I discovered I paid the full price, and they did not refund the difference after emailing them.
       
      After 4 months of service, and a plethora of weeds, I called and told them to cancel the rest of my applications, and send me a refund for the rest. A retention specialist called and said he would add on fall aeration and overfeeding to maintain my business.
       
      I made a complaint after fertilizer application that they had not done a thorough job, and CS said someone would call back and come to do a more complete job. No return call.
       
      I called and emailed several times throughout the season for them to call or text me before they came so I could point out the continuing problem. No calls or texts, and still job not thorough.
       
      When I called for the 2nd time to tell them I wasn’t paying for the free aeration/seeding, and that I should have gotten a refund for the difference I overpaid, they stated they didn’t know about the discrepancy, and I would have to pay the full bill first and THEN refund. I then sent them the email I sent back in spring 2022 that questioned the difference.
       
      Having been caught, I get an email that states they would deduct the difference, and then they make this statement:
       
      Here at Weedman we hear our customers concerns and do everything we can to make things right for our loyal customers, with that this is a partner ship. We will need to hear from our customers in that season if any issues start to occur so we can address the situation at that time. 
       
      Seriously…… Do not use Weedman. Do not trust anything they say. They need to go away (my weeds did not)!

      I have used Weedman for several years and find their services very helpful and honest. They communicate with me as to when they are coming and if I notice any weeds, they come back out. I highly recommend them.
