  Avoid this company at ALL costs! Find a local company to service. I followed their process to cancel an upcoming treatment - which was received and confirmed - stating that I was having my lawn seeded and instructed not to apply any form of chemical treatment. I have email confirmation that the treatment was postponed/cancelled until I rescheduled. The Technician came to my house - while I was gone - and treated my lawn! I contacted their "Customer Service" department and explained that it cost me over $800 to have my lawn reseeded and now it was ruined. Initially they agreed to reseed, then by the powers of diversion by "management" which translates into someone reading the corporate script, rescinded the offer. Now they are trying to collect payment for a service treatment that should have never taken place. Lawn looks worst for wear.....

  Weed man is a great company and I’ve had many of their great techs service my yard. Cameron, TJ, Shawn, and conner are the guys I remember but I’ve never been dissatisfied.

  Stay away from this company and any company whose sole business model is coming to your home every couple months and spraying. Best to either do it yourself or use a local full service landscaping company that mows, seeds, aerate, and are a hands on company.
  We gave the largest national chain two chances and ended up firing them for not spraying the entire lawn that we were paying them to spray. We gave them two chances before cancelling their service. We gave Weed Man two chances as well before firing them.
  Weed Man promises a guarantee that if you are not satisfied they will return and spray again. Problem is, after the first couple of applications they do not seem to spray anymore. They’re businesses model seems to be that they make money off of the majority of the people who do not call and demand they return and re-treat the lawn.
  The first incident is when one of their service technicians simply put a Weed Man sign next to our mailbox and drove away. We called and they “investigated” and claimed they fired him and they came back and sprayed the lawn. Most likely we simply caught them. The second incident was almost identical to the first. We called and cancelled their service.
  A lady called a couple days later asking for our business back and I said no. She said it may take up to 10 days before the weeds start to die. Ok I looked on the invoice and the chemical they were supposed to use had actually applied it is called Acetic acid which is a 20% vinegar solution designed for horticulture. I promptly ordered it from a horticulture website. Used it this morning and within 4 hours the weeds were turning brown and dying. The whole 10 day gimmick seems to be another line they use in hopes they do not have to return and lose the profit made by doing nothing.
  Run from these people when they come calling…
