I read on Amazon that returns for the two Tempur-Pedic pillows I bought are free, and later decided to buy direct form the company website only to find out that the company refuses to do returns on them. One of these pillows is still sealed in its plastic and box and they won’t take it back. So, it not that it’s used they just don’t stand by their products. I think if you buy on Amazon, Amazon won’t let them get away with this scam, but you should look into it because this company will do whatever they can to get out of returns. Also the reason I attempted the return was that it hurt my neck and the “Anvo Memory Foam Pillows” I got next were great.
Also I would Point out that this company claims to use only CertiPUR-US® Certified Foams that don't off-gas harmful fumes (formaldehyde, flame retardants etc) BUT nowhere on thier packaging does it say this. odd because every other brand that has CertiPUR-US® sees to show this well on their packaging. BEWARE
      I hope this helps.

Buyer beware! I was looking to replace some old tempur-pedic pillows that I had and loved, the new ones although marketed as "memory foam" are just cheap normal everyday foam that can be found anywhere for much cheaper. Beware of false advertising from this company.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing a $6,000 Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. I wanted a s*********** mattress. S**** ****** had nothing to sell because of a foam supply problem. I bought a Tempur-Pedic as my second choice. We have three homes with three king mattresses. I have two other brand latex mattresses. I have had them for 7 years and 4 years. They feel as supportive and comfortable as the first time I slept on them.
a few months after purchasing the TP mattress, I began waking up with an aching back. I thought I had strained my back, but it continued. It occurred that it may be the new mattress. I tried sleeping in the middle of the bed. It felt more supportive and I woke up without any back pain. slept on my wife's side and woke up with no back pain. Then, I tried sleeping on my side again with more back pain the next morning. I realized that the mattress foam had broken down such that it was no longer providing the needed support. I can feel that I sink further into the mattress on my side. I went through the laborious warranty claim process on TP's website. I was required to upload the receipt and picks of the mattress with a pole on it, with a quarter leaned against the pole, to determine if the mattress was sagging. This is so incredibly unscientific and wrong in many ways. TP must know that the foam will return to its original position EVEN IF THE FOAM HAS BROKEN DOWN AND IS NOT SUPPORTIVE. Using this criteria, I'm guessing TP does NOT honors its warranty on many mattresses. This is a great warrant escape for them and a huge frustration for the unsatisfied TP mattress owner.
I hope to prevent other people from overpaying for a sub-par mattress. Do you homework and find a good mattress companies are that sell high quality mattresses for 1/6 - 1/2 the price of TP. This will probably NOT be one of the most recognized brands.
Best wishes on your search. My mattress comfort is important to me as I am sure it is to you.

My wife and I had the mattress for 7 years and it sags on the side I sleep on and I would sink in. I noticed I was having a ton of neck, shoulder, back pain with migraine headaches every morning for the past year. I tried putting in a warranty claim and they looked for a way to deny doing a warranty exchange.
After some back and forth, they were willing to offer 40% off any mattress.
It was an insulting offer for the money we paid and the pain I am in. When we bought the mattress we were told that we needed a foundation and we told them the foundation with a sleigh bed base. The sales people said it was fine.
The fact they were offering 40% off for a $5,000 mattress with the potential of this happening again and a billion dollar company that won't honor their warranty makes us think this is a scam company. It seems that tempurpedic is unethical in their warranty terms and the company and product’s have no integrity.
Like, really 40% off? After this ordeal, Why would we give a tempurpedic another $3,000 of our hard earned on top of the initial $5,000?
The fact there are quite a few negative reviews on here with little response on here by the company shows you how much they really value their customers.

I ordered a king size mattress but it measures 73” width (king size should measured 76”). I filed a claim with Tempurpedic but they denied it and said not all mattresses are made the same?! What the hell is that. If I pay $3000+ for a mattress I expect it to be right.

We purchased a Tempur-pedic Pro Breeze mattress. The mattress has a 20 year warranty and it was comfortable for a little over a year. We spent over $5,000 for the mattress and protective cover that was required for the warranty. I filed a complaint with Tempur-pedic. The mattress has a huge mountain in the middle and dips where our bodies lay. It feels like you are going to roll off the edge of the bed. We wake up with back and shoulders in pain from the mattress. We have contacted Tempur-pedic with emails and pictures (which do not show the true distortion of the mattress when you lay on it), but have been denied replacement or refund for the mattress. We will never purchase another Tempur-pedic or Sealy mattress again.

I purchased a Sealey Black X-Class ultra plush mattress in July of 2020. The retailer sold us a protection plan for 5 years worry free and Sealey offers a 10year best sleep warranty. PLEASE be careful because when you try to put a claim in because your mattress is caving in, they will NOT help you. The retailer sent someone out and they used a metal stick to see how much its caving. Mind you this is a memory foam ultra plush so without a little weight you cannot feel the cave-in. Because the cave-in is not more than a inch and a half they will not back their product. the retailer is Raymour and Flanigan and for `18 days they never got back to us on the claim if I did not call them i would never know the status of my claim. Be careful we paid almost 3k and now we need to buy a new one and it will not be from either of these 2 companies.

I paid almost 10,000 for a mattress and adjustable base. The adjustable base does not work property. It takes over an hour at a time to contact customer service and the agents insist that we have the settings on our app wrong. We do not-I have offered to send photos, etc. to prove we have done what they told us. They stated they would send replacement parts a month ago and I finally had the person who is going to complete the repairs call and tell me the parts are on back order. Do not waste your money on their products.

They sell repurposed mattresses. We bought a ******* *** ****** that is a piece of junk. More worn out than our old ******* *** ****** which was ten years old when we decided to purchase a new one. They do not stand behind their product because they know they are ripping consumers off. They have a clueless manger call to argue and insult you, you want them to give you the product you paid for. They can’t because they don’t have it. The bed you lay on at the store is not the bed that arrived at you home. When you ask to speak to someone who can actually help you, you are told they don’t talk to customers. This company commits fraud with the repurposed, poorly made products they sell. Notice how they don’t answer any of their reviews. That should tell you everything.
