      I had ordered a cocoon memory foam mattress on March 10th and I am having a lot of trouble trying to return it. Before it arrived I had tried to cancel it, but was told it was too late. The box is too heavy for me to bring inside and has been on my porch since it has arrived. I have contacted Sealy via phone and chat and was told it could take a couple of weeks to return it. I am waiting for an email that I am required to respond to. I have received no email confirmation that my return is being expedited and I do not know what steps are being taken to get this package returned. I had advise that I am having health issues right now and I need help getting this returned but I am getting no response. I had advised that I would be willing to place a future order at a future date but because I have received such poor service. I am no longer going to deal with this company. I am doing everything that I can to comply with company policy and guess this returned and not be charged, but I feel that the process is so difficult. They want people to give up and just keep the product. I hope this is not the case, but this is a very difficult process for a return that didn't need to be this difficult.

      Pretty sure this is a scam company, ordered a mattress topper that claimed to be firm and it was soft. It was also made me really hot. And it was about 4 inches too small. I tried to do a return but they said they don’t do returns on toppers, so I paid $400 for something I can’t even use. The fact that they don’t do returns is the scamiest/scumiest thing a company can do. Basically saying f u to their customers. I will make sure everyone I know knows this is a scam company.

      This was an excellent mattress for the first couple of years but it would never last 7 or 10 years. I filed a claim after the bed sank while I payed on it NOT conform but sink. You have to lift up to put yourself in the middle of the bed which is still normal. They denied my claim and said you don’t meet the guidelines of the warranty but would not say what the guidelines were. I asked to appeal it he said no can not and too bed basically. I called today and found out through customer service that I can have it escalated. The warranty department does not want to approve anything or stand by their advertisements that they say the mattress is guaranteed to last.

      I ordered a sheet set for my Temper-Pedic because the first sheet ripped after two years of regular use. At $289.00 I find this to be a gouging price for a sheet of such low quality thinking this is the only sheet that will fit the mattress. I wanted to return the unopened box but was told because of the personal nature of the product they could not be returned. I called customer service. I asked what do you mean by personal nature and the agent said because the sheets touch the body, I said they have not touched any body because they are still in the unopened box. She said doesn't matter. I find this to be outrageous. They essentially do not have a return policy if you change your mind on an unopened expensive item. As someone who is disabled. with all ready a lot of expenses prescriptions etc. I find the expense and the lack of a return policy to be abusive.

      I returned one unsuitable pillow and they returned me with store credits which could expire.
      I was busy with my personal life at that time and did not use the promo code (you need to use the promo code to use the credit) within 60 days. And then the credits got expired.
      How is possible that your own money would expire? Very ridiculous return policy!

      Received our mattress on December 10th. On December 20th, we requested for them to pick it up as part of their 90 day guarantee. They have yet to pick it up. Every time we talk to them it will be 7-14 business days or 7-10 business days until the carrier will contact us. December 20th, was 38 days ago.

      Their warranty for their mattress is garbage. They hide behind this and that and even when you can prove their mattress is garbage, they deny warranty claims. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company. They promise one thing and deliver crap.
      Complete crap. I will never buy or spend another dime with this company.

      We purchased a Tempur Pedic lux breeze in September 2020. We were sold on it because it is a cooling mattress. Secondly, it was very comfortable as we tested it out in the showroom. Its now January 2023. We’re VERY unhappy with this mattress! My husbands side of the mattress is caving in & very uncomfortable for him. He has a bad back & can no longer get a good nights sleep. I contacted the customer service dept by filling out a form online & followed all the directions with pictures & wording. The response was “ we cannot approve your claim at this time. Your documentation does not show that your product meets our guidelines of warranty coverage to be approved for a full replacement at this time.Our warranty covers indentations of the mattress that measure 3/4" or greater. According to the photos you have provided, your mattress does not meet these requirements.?It is for these reasons that we cannot approve your warranty claim.” We are so upset! This mattress was $5577 out the door. It was sold to us as a very top of the line one. It’s definitely NOT high end. It’s uncomfortable plus the cooling component isn’t effective as it used to be. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the money!

      Joshua ****** (manager at Burlington, MA location) promised me a refund of $200 and I have get to receive it despite this guarantee being in writing and my following up 4 times over 5 months. They totally ripped me off and I will never shop with them again.

      I ordered a Tempur pedic mattress Nov. 29 as a Christmas gift and charged over $4,000.00 on my credit card. Well needless to say I had to cancel order on Dec. 12 because it would not be delivered on time. I was told the delivery company had to return to them before they would issue a refund, meanwhile here it is Dec. 28 and have not received a refund which I will be paying interest on. The company needs to reevaluate how they issue refunds....fed up! They have no right to hold my monies!
