      Please don’t order from this place. I ordered a hybrid mattress from them on 11/19/22 and I received a shipped email from them on 12/19/22. I still haven’t gotten my mattress or any confirmation that it’s even coming. Every time I call customer service all they say is they can transfer me to the shipping company that they use for white glove delivery. I have called and called that place a dozen times and get no response. On top of all of that I wasn’t aware that I paid the shipping company for my mattress or why it’s my problem or their problem to deal with it the first place. Whoever runs this place doesn’t care about anything other than taking your money. Go buy something else for the betterment of your patients and sanity. It’s one thing to provide you with information regarding longer arrival time due to the nature of us having a democratic president but this place promotes a 2-3 week delivery time all over every platform they have. That’s the main reason we went with sealy considering ours got ruined in the move and thought we could manage sleeping on the floor for a couple weeks while we try to buy something nice for once and here we are over a month later and still sleeping on the floor. At this point we have contacted a lawyer to see if there’s anything we can do to make them pay for all of this nonsense.

      Bought a mattress it has unsew joints. Contacted support and basically been told to go pound sand as it won't change much to sleeping. Really makes you wonder about overall Quality.
      The only premium experience so far is the price, as TPX as management is cutting whatever they can apparently.

      Worst company I have ever dealt with hands down. I have a 25 year warranty mattress that is just 9 years old and has become unusable because of the failure of the products materials.
      This company has subcontracted the warranty division and that group is only capable of a typical form letter refusing warranty.
      I and everyone else should expect more from a $6000 mattress that still has 16 years of warranty left.
      Avoid at all costs!

      I spent $6400 on a Tempur-pedic mattress and frame. The frame has been broken for three months and I can’t get them to fix it. I have dealt with managers and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do. I am so frustrated. This bed is worthless to me without a working frame I love the mattress but I would never recommend this company to anybody. How you can spend so much money and get this kind of customer service is beyond my imagination.

      This company denies warranty claims, says your lying after you go through the process of a claim. I asked for months to have a tech come out to prove my mattress has failed. After months of asking for a tech to come out they said it would be $150. I agreed to pay that since its clear the mattress has failed. Then they come back and say no tech available so its just denied. Then I request a phone call to discuss with a manager. They don't have phones I was told. So then a different department calls. The gentlemen said he is the highest department he's here to listen but can't do anything. Just called because warranty department doesn't have phones. This has been going on since August. This is the worst company for a extremely expensive mattress that was supposed to have a warranty.

      Sad to tell you - if you are thinking of buying a Tempur-pedic because you heard it is the "top of the line"... You've been misinformed - the only thing "top of the line" about them anymore is the price!!
      We bought their mattress when the company was small - cared about its customers - also when they had no competition. Unfortunately, our 1st mattress did have to be replaced due to serious sagging issues. Even though that was an ordeal,
      the lady was great to deal with, she even verified that we would have a new warranty starting with the new replacement mattress.
      It has now been 8+ years and this 2nd mattress has lumps, ridges and is extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the company's customer service - who now is also doesn't also outsourcing that portion to place a wall and not take care of customers issues regarding their "supposed warranty".
      Basically, I was blown off regarding the warranty replacement stated in the paperwork for issues prior to 10 years - and remember this is our 2nd go round with a bad mattress... Seriously! I did let them know I was disabled, and that this is a serious problem for me. They couldn't care less! Don't buy a Tempur-pedic you will regret it - warn your friends and family.

      We recently purchased a Sterns and Foster "Hurston" firm mattress. After 4 months of use, it has 1" dips where my wife and I each sleep. I reported this to the furniture store, only for them to state that the dipping is within the company standards, and that there was no issues with it. I can guarantee that if a salesperson would tell a potential customer that after 4 short months of use, the mattress will dip 1" or so where you sleep, and that is perfectly normal, NO PERSON would ever purchase that! This is a warning, stay away from Sterns and Foster. They say they have a 10 year warranty, but they will not honor it.

      We purchased a split king as well as 2 adjustable bases which are fantastic. We ordered on the phone with am informative representative who also suggested that we order the bamboo sheets. We ordered 2 sets of the sheets at $313.50. The sheets are also fantastic. Upon delivery we were handed a buy one get one free offer on the sheets, so we called in to see if a credit could be applied. The agent said ‘it should not be a problem’ as long as we registered the mattresses online, which we did while on the phone with the agent. She said we would hear within 24 hours. That was on September 23rd. Once we did not get a response after 48 hours we called back in and after nearly an hour on the phone with an agent who had no information we were transferred to a supervisor named Marty who kept talking over my wife. He finally did tell me he would follow up internally with Tamara the first agent we spoke with, and let me know within 24 hours. We never heard back and 48 hours later after leaving a voice message for Marty, I am tired of following up. We spent a over $5,000.00 and the fact that we can’t get a refund or an explanation on the buy one get one sheet sets is disappointing. For this we would not recommend doing business with this company.

      I have purchased 5 Termpurpedic mattresses in the course of 7 years between $2K to 5K each. I have had one issue and the warranty says any structural issues. There is inconspicuous sag on one side. They make you go through hoops to put in a warranty claim online, you don’t get to actually talk to a person. They decide based on pictures that my claim was not covered. I specifically pointed out that the issue was NOT visible, but the integrity of the mattress in that area was compromised.
      They offered me a discount, but I purchased a Tempurpedic with warranty for defect, this is a defect!

      PLEASE HELP
      I really need your help
      On Saturday , September 10 at 6:42 pm purchased a mattress from Tempur-pedic Flagship Store on 731 Lexington ave, New York, Ny 10222
      On Monday morning at 11:00 am Sep 12th, I went to the store and requested to cancel my order.
      A person name Phil refuses to provide me with a recipe for my return.
      I called the corporate office and received an email that my order will be returned and Chelsea (corporate representative promised the charge will never get posted )
      The charge was posted ($3400) on Monday.
      On Tuesday Sep 13, Called the corporate office again , was promised that I will get an email with refund details . I never received any communication
      In the meantime, I received an email asking me to schedule the delivery of the mattress, which tells me that the order was never cancelled .
      Please help . Neither the local store , nor the corporate Are communication of responding , What do I do.. it is feels like I am getting robbed and completely helpless.
      PLEASE HELP
