      Purchased this mattress because of the awesome warranty the sales guy told me they had. Yeah, now I only tell people not to buy this mattress because they don't stand by their product. I am about 7 years in, and starting from the midpoint on the bed to the left side of the bed, it is sagging over an inch. Lucky me, I thought, I have that great warranty...NOPE! I went through their long and horrible process only to be told because the bed wasn't sagging in the middle of the left side, they we going to deny the claim. Keep in mind the evidence was overwhelming. I had a laser level showing the slop of the bed. Not to add, the slop is freaking noticeable. And the foam is going fast. After going back and forth for about two weeks, submitting over 20 pictures, and having a rude customer service rep keep asking for evidence, he finally put my claim on hold. Then I got a supervisor involved, and she reviewed everything and told me I was denied because the sag wasn't in the middle of the left side of the bed. This place is crazy. After buying their products (mattresses, pillows, and sheets) for over 15 years, I am walking away and off to a new product.

      I have purchased this brand for the last 20 years. So I purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress in February 2021 and it should be under warranty. However, in spite of the issues I reported, Macy's said there is nothing wrong. I contacted Stearns & Foster directly and was told they could not help me. To have to purchase a new mattress within 4 years is extremely disappointed.
      Terrible customer service. This is my last time purchasing a Stearns & Foster Mattress.

      Unacceptable warranty support worse than another bad experience I had. My old Tempur-pedic pillow which I believe was the cloud was amazing and I ordered a new one that was supposed to be better. The new pillow was the Tempur-breeze Prohi Advanced Cooling and it is uncomfortable, provides no support and the cooling only lasts for a few minutes. Eventually the gel filling squeezed through the pillow inside without causing any holes. I kept the pillow case clean and washed it but the inside was totally deformed and leaking gel so I filed my first warranty request with Tempur-pedic since my old Tempur-pedic pillow did not have any issues. The response took 2 business days and the support agent immediately denied the request and claimed there was staining. I am not sure what the agent is hallucinating but the case and inside was totally spotless and free from stains spills and "other forms of contamination". I believe Tempur-pedic is trying to escape from their legal obligation to provide a replacement for defective products. Not surprised that some companies are doing this and I have had previous experiences like this but in those cases I was able to remind them of their legal obligation. Now I understand why the warranty is five years. The duration does not matter because Tempur-pedic will deny you by making up something to slither out.

      Really you get no stars but of course no option for that. I have been buying tempur pedic mattresses for over 15 years 4 so far. Just purchased two of the four recently a queen and a king. I have never had the unfortunate opportunity to order through tempur pedic directly because I do enjoy giving local businesses business(so you can tell I have still been a loyal customer of ur brand over the years. So this one time I decide after I just purchased the mattresses the Kong and queen from the retailer I realized my king mattress was way too hard so I figured let me just try and order directly from tempur pedic since I was looking up how to make my firm mattress a bit softer without changing the mattress entirely. So of course google pupped up ur website directly. It said to use either or one of the toppers best to make it a bit softer. So I chose the cloud topper and immediately it had a queen option which I had to change to a king not realizing it added to kings and not one and I only realized it when I got the confirmation that my topper was being shipped and noticed two different shipments which I was baffled bc I only ordered one. I didn’t notice the price bc I figured since I changed my option at the time of purchase to a king size vs a queen the price may have jumped significantly which it usually is substantial between a queen and king whether it’s a mattress/comforter or even a topper. Usually a substantial difference so I did t think twice when I saw the total. So clearly there was an error in ordering and only caught again when I got notice of the two shipments. All I wanted to do was ask if i cam juat have one immediately returned unopened of course and they denied me immediately 3xs saying they need to stick to the policy being consistent. how horrible and criminal is that. all the years i have spent thousands and they cant take back an unused unopened product worth $300+ that was ordered in error. very criminal of you.

      I ordered a sheet set that was defective. I tried to file a warranty claim, but the system they have set up makes it impossible. I contacted a represented via email to submit the claim for me. The claim was denied. I asked if the claim could be resubmitted and was told by Victoria B. that even if the claim was escalated that they would continue to deny it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

      Placed an order which was lost in mailing. Customer support offered no assistance and told me I needed to resolve with UPS. Obviously made very little headway with UPS as well. It seems to be that the responsibility of the seller to insure effective delivery of goods paid for, not the customer. Mistakes happen every day but willful refusal to remedy is a horrid business practice.

      My husband and I have supported this company for 20+ years. We have purchased their mattresses and pillows from other retailers in the past. Recently, we decided to purchase 2 pillows ($300 purchase) directly from Tempur-Pedic. This was a huge mistake. They offer NO REFUNDS on pillows. What kind of company sells a product that they're not willing to back the quality and customer satisfaction of?
      We could have purchased these pillows from 100 other places, with the ability to return them, if we weren't satisfied, but ultimately chose to purchase them through their website. We regrettably thought that they would best describe their products; ultimately, ensuring that we would have the most success purchasing pillows online.
      After calling the company and expressing our experience, they still refused a refund. The pillows are still in their original plastic packaging. We pretty much knew that they would not work as soon as we unboxed them. Horrible experience overall and $300 down the drain.
      Beyond disappointed in this company. I will make sure everyone knows it and hears this story. I've never even been on this BBB website until now, but would hate for others to have this experience. What happened to this company's principles and values? Sad.

      Horrible warranty process and the don't cover defects. my mattress had some surface stains on on it and they refused to cover the warranty citing that liquid damaged the integrity of the mattress. I can prove that the stains only touched the surface of the mattress my removing the mattress cover but the refused to listen. additionally when i tried to file a complaint with them, they advised they do not have a process and there is nothing that can be done. I feel this horrible customer service. additionally, there is no stain where the with issue with the mattress is. They will cite that their warranty states "Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains". but they don't acknowledge the second portion of it stating, "However if there is a warranty defect not caused by the abuse or damage then the mattress would be covered under the standard warranty". i have argued that they should be due to the second part of their warranty statement but they refuse. they base their decision off of the picture you send them so they don't even have anyone look at it in person. this is the worst warranty experience i have ever had i highly recommend not using them. Their warranty sounds great but in reality they can offer a great warranty because they know they will never cover anyone. according to their staff, a mattress has to be in pristine condition with no cosmetic defects in order for them to cover it. Our previous mattress was a Beautyrest Mattresse, they sent someone out to inspect it in person, took, pictures, and later approved the claim. the issue was the same but they gave quality customer service. this mattress is about 4 years old and we have started to slide off the side of the mattress. This has occurred from normal wear and tear as we normally site on the side of the mattress so it is the most used portion.

      I purchased a tempur pedic pro-adapt mattress and it’s sagging in the middle on both sides. It causes excruciating pain for both my husband and myself. He has neck and back issues from it and I have tendinitis in both shoulders prom it. I wake up multiple times a night with my hands asleep, it’s terrible. After filing a warranty claim, it was rejected for not being 3/4 of an inch. But, I thought about how they could have measured it from the photos I sent. So I measured it and it’s more than 3/4 of an inch! It’s my opinion they automatically deny warranty claims and wait to see if customers can figure it out. We will see.

      $300 free accessories with mattress purchase is a scam. I ordered a mattress and added 2 pillows for the $300 free accessories. Both of these pillows came in re-sealed plastic bags unlike the ones I bought from stores, makes me think these are not brand new. One of the pillows received looks completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a medium size neck pillow with cooling cover. They sent me a large normal pillow with no cooling cover. I sent an email reported the issue, asking them to resend the correct pillow but they refused to do it. All they said is “ We apologize for the confusion; however, sadly, we would not be able to reship your pillow at this time. Thank you!” At this point I don’t know what else I should do. In the mean time I’m still waiting for them to respond to my email regarding their defected mattress. I bought the pro breeze and it has a defected zipper. The mattress cover can’t be removed.
