They flush my transmission and messed it up and covered it up as if nothing is wrong when I had a diagnostic done when I had it done I drove off it was jerking and carrying on not catching third gear skipping gears so on and so forth so I went back they added a water bottle full of transmission fluid told me to go on a test run see if third gear would kick in so I did and it did but I was still having issues and so I went back the guy Alex the manager on State Line finally corrected it said he was sorry about the whole experience get a diagnostic done let us know we can do from there and of course without the diagnostic showing anything I can't get anyone to help me but there are definitely issues with my transmission and why I pay $232 for a flush to get the wrong service I missed out on a weeks of a week's pay of work and so on and so forth I just want to know where can I get my Justice

Good afternoon and Happy Sunday. On Saturday, July 2, 2022 I visited one of your locations at ***********************************************************. You recently had a promotion for $169.99 for ** service in which I purchased. Based on my vehicle blowing hot air with the *** it was said that needed that service and I was given the service based on the techs diagnosis and his gage said I needed a charge and Freon. The air only blew cool for a few days. First the driver side went back blowing hot air, then the passenger side started reducing in it cool air. When we took the car back to them because of an incorrect diagnosis, because we have the same issue, we were advised to take our vehicle to another shop for them to diagnose our vehicle and them bring it back to them and they will repeat the service. The only problem is in my efforts to get another shop to diagnose my vehicle, I would have to pay a diagnostics service charge. It is not fair to me that I would have to pay another shop to troubleshoot my vehicle because one of your Valvoline locations did not do their due diligence to investigate why my vehicle was blow hot air in the first place. I am demanding a full refund on the $169.99 which is only for the charge for a failed service. The total **** was $204.13 but I am only disputing the $169.99 for the ** service which was a failed diagnosis. I refuse to pay for a service provided based on a misdiagnosis. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Service under the name ******************************* which is my husband. REFUND REQUEST OF $169.99. **

BUYER BEWARE!! Location 7421 Knightdale Blvd, Knightdale, NC. This location ruined my transmission by draining the transmission fluid instead of oil. My car has a CVT transmission which cost over $8000 to replace and they only are agreeing to pay $2500 towards a non-trained technician to install probably something from the junk yard. They own up to the mistake but do not want to take responsibility of compensating and restoring my car to what it was before the oil change. It appears that this is their modus operandi based on the complaints throughout the country. Now I am having to pay for an attorney. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I went there to have my oil changed. Been going to this oil change location ever since it started about 20 years ago. Got my oil changed a few days ago, on the way home my car started to overheat. When I checked it the radiator had boiled over. I refilled with coolant and the radiator was busted all across the bottom. I took pictures Oil stick finger ring was broken laying on top the motor. Radiator cap setting on its side no coolant left in the radiator. I have contacted customer service but am not getting any positive feedback on helping me with the radiator replacement repair ****, ******. These people caused my radiator to overheat and bust. Not having any luck so far with getting help with repairs. Don't take you vehicles to these guys they do not take care of their customers if you have a problem.

They destroyed my tail light and acted like it was an electrical issue. I asked for a refund and they would not give me my money back and continued to pass the blame on me. Last time I ever go back to a Valvoline.

Our engine was destroyed when we had an oil change on June 9, 2022 and the oil filter was installed improperly. Valvolene is refusing to make good on its guarantee because the oil pressure switch was reaching the end of its useful life. Our Kia Niro is with Jim Brown Kia and we have spoken with the technician, service advisor and the service manager and all of these individuals stated that the switch that was reaching the end of its useful life was not the cause of the damage to the engine - an improperly installed oil filter is the correct diagonosis for the extensive damage that occured. The situation was exacerbated by Valvolene's failure to replace the oil drain crush gasket which the Valvolene technicians should have replaced and / or recommended replacement.
Email from Jim Butler Kia with summary of their diagnosis:
      Hello,
In regards to the 2017 Niro.
Upon receiving the vehicle and initial inspection the oil filter was loose and the oil drain plug crush gasket was not replaced and should have been. The undershield was completely covered in oil. The oil pressure switch was leaking slightly. Which would not have caused the oil loss.
      Parts long block 110t1 03500r $2168.00
      gasket kit 20910 03u04 $271.68
      labor 25.3 hrs @$140.00 per $3542.00
      $5981.68 plus taxes

It always takes 45-60 minutes for their “15 minute oil change”! They need to expand or stop advertising 15 minute oil changes! The location in White House, TN is great but they need to expand. The property next to them is for sell and they need to buy it. There is always a line and I’m at the point that I would rather my truck explode than wait in line for an hour to get my “15 minute oil change”!
