  Distinctive Design Remodeling built a second story covered deck on our home, with a carport beneath and driveway extension. Our Project Manager, Nate, gave personal attention to our every request, regardless of how insignificant, and the results exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased. We've been wanting to build the covered deck for about 20 years, and now we have a wonderful new structure that we will enjoy for years to come.

  100% Satisfaction. DDR met all of our expectations. Our project manager Nate had excellent follow through, great communication, clear understanding of the progression of the project. Anytime we texted him with any questions we received a reply within ten minutes! DDR was dedicated to getting the job done without cutting any corners. Quality work. We can’t recommend them enough!

  Very pleased with the finished covered screened in deck. My initial inquiry was answered very quickly and an appt was set up with Jessie. He helped us realize the dream we had in our minds and got it on paper. Scott our Project manager was great. He kept us informed and was on the job checking on things. All crews were professional and did great work. Any issues were dealt with quickly and we are very happy with the finished product. The replaced a patio door that was no longer needed and added windows in its place. Looks great. They also added an egress window in our basement for a future project that we are doing. Done very well. Will use them in the future

  This is a fantastic company. They are very professional and responded quickly to all my questions. They have a group of hard working people who completed my room addition and deck in 6 weeks. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use them again.

  Start to finish, DDR impressed us with their professionalism and workmanship. We hired them to transform a porch into a screened room wrapped with a deck. They provided accurate estimates of project start and completion dates, regular progress reports, and timely communication about workers’ arrivals. Their crews were amazingly efficient, working together as a well-oiled machine, getting things done without cutting corners on quality. Everything is tight and true. They took good care to tie the porch roof into the main roof without interfering with our solar panels. Our project manager, Chris, answered our smallest concerns promptly and cheerfully, clearly valuing customer satisfaction. We’ll definitely contact them for future home improvement projects.
