  We used DDR for our detached garage project. Work started on time and was completed very quickly, about 4 weeks for a 2.5 car garage which was amazing! The garage turned out fantastic and we get a lot of compliments on it. The PM assigned to our project was fantastic and did a great job of communicating status updates and schedules. I highly recommend and would definitely use DDR again for any future projects

  DDR exceeded my expectations. They built us a very nice 2 car garage and did a wonderful job doing it. The space is nicer than I could have imagined and the time it took to complete the project is amazing in just under a month from start to finish. Scott, our project manager, was a pleasure to work with and does an excellent job of communication all throughout the project. Each crew that came out was absolutely wonderful and did top quality work. I look forward to being a lifelong customer of DDR for all of my Home Improvement needs!

  Communication between Kyle and his crew was outstanding. The workmanship came out beautiful and everyone loves the new addition and deck. It was completed within the timeline told and any minor issues along the way were taken care of ASAP. I would definitely recommend DDR!

  I must say, this was a dream come true for us. We had given up on doing our sunroom - which in reality we thought about just enclosing our sun deck. Well after speaking to other local company we were left with no hopes because of how expensive they said it would be.
  After watching a TV commercial and seeing the company, I decided to send a message requesting information. I got to speak with Jesse. His enthusiasm and ideas got us rolled back into wanting to move forward and give them the opportunity to do the project. We were scheduled for about 4 months down and it all started way before and we were super ecstatic and happy.
  Our project manager was Kyle and he communicated all as expected. Any question we had was answered. All moved forward as expected. Just our windows took a bit longer because of the manufacturer and we got on a small stall but once those windows were in, everything moved forward. One of the windows broke right after being delivered and it was taken care of on a timely manner.
  I can say that every single team that needed to come by, came and did their part and moved on. Kyle let us know who was coming and what they were working. He many times came by and checked; sometimes he communicated with me if there was anything for us to know but mostly was with the crew onsite. He did send daily emails to keep us informed.
  Every crew knew exactly what to do and they were all very polite and courteous. Big kudos to Mike and his crew, to the crew who did the sliding because it was a quite height and dark out and they were still working and all was well done, the electrician Shanon, the roofers who did all in a blink! - yes I wouldn't try to be so up high like them!
  Overall, if I was going to do another project I will call them in a heart beat!
  Sorry I do not have any pictures... still trying to put our new sunroom together!! looking forward to many days to enjoy some good conversations and sunsets.

  We are at the end of rebuilding our deck with a cover. We are very pleased with DDR as a first class company from start to finish.
  The workmanship is some of the best I have experienced.
  The DDR staff was easy to work with. We made a few changes and their staff helped us make informed decisions that made our deck look Great!!!
  We are certain if we started over we would select DDR again.

  We found DDR through a home and garden show. They were the first to respond to our inquiries about having a garage built. None of the other companies we spoke to responded in a timely manner. From beginning to end DDR was there to respond to any questions we had throughout the whole process. We needed a demolition of our old garage, new concrete pads, and the construction of our dream garage, a 726 sq foot, two car, and maker workspace. We were quoted a price and negotiated from there. Jesse the CAD designer had plans to us about a week later, we asked to have the garage rotated so the gable was facing front and they changed it no problem.
  After the initial wait to break ground of about a month and half things went very quickly. Chris our project manager contacted us at every phase and answered any questions we might have had each time. The old garage was down in a day and gone by the end of the week. The new foundation was poured that same week. The building material can the following week and we had framing and roof on by the end of the second week. Every aspect was solidly built. There was a bit of damage to our gutter where a truck delivering gravel had ripped a hole and DDR took responsibility for and repaired it. The third week was electrical and main door installation. We asked for windows in the door after the fact and they were added no problem. We did pay the door company an additional amount because it was not originally quoted in the price. They also worked with us to design a drain so that there would be no standing water in front of the garage.
  We did pay a premium price for this garage, but we also received no worry premium service that was fast and professional. I highly recommend them for people ready to move on a project that they have been saving and planning to do. DDR offers 2-year labor warranty that includes the door.
  We are definitely going to use DDR again to design and build our craftsman style front porch in the future.

  We hired Distinctive Design Remodeling to turn our back patio into a full family-room addition. Not only did they fit us into the schedule, but their work has been absolutely phenomenal. Kyle, our project manager, has been super responsive throughout the entire process and has always answered our questions. The work crew has been timely, friendly, and has done a fantastic. We love our new addition, and are so glad we chose DDR!

  I recently had a sunroom added by Distinctive Design Remodeling. They did a phenomenal job and I greatly appreciate them completely the job ahead of my requested time frame. Eain Mosley was the Project Manager and he was great to work with. Always polite and he consistently kept me informed of what work was scheduled by emails and text messages. I really appreciate the effort he performed to keep everything on track. I highly recommend using Distinctive Design Remodeling for all of your home remodeling projects.
