    Impersonating a government website. Will not let me delete my application after submitting sensitive information! DELETE MY INFO IMMEDIATELY! Do not use this site. They ask for money at the end of the application after they collect your bank account number, home address, and business formation documents. I’m afraid I will be scammed

    I submitted to this company (SAM Directory ) my business and banking information. The company has a misleading name and submission process which I believed was a government website. The company asks for money only after requesting all paperwork. I finally realized Sam directory was a private company when they asked for money at the end of the submission . My submission was made 09/06/2024 at approximately 3 PM . I want Sam directory not to share any information and delete my entire submission/application including all business documentation , banking , routing , ACH , etc. information from their database. I also do not agree with all notarized documentation. I am grateful for your attention to this complaint. Thank you.

    The next day, May 7th at 7:52am, we responded letting him know a refund was issued and his application deleted.

    This site is intentionally posing as a government site and is collecting sensitive information and then charging a huge fee for an application that is free on a legitimate government site. This company needs to be shut down. Sam Directory needs to send proof that all of my data has been deleted from their files.     On March 30, 2024 I purchased this company's service and paid this business $597.00 as I believed they were a Government-affiliated website. They purposely look like an official company but they are NOT! This is a TOTAL SCAM and worst of all, they refuse to give me a FULL refund! I would have never used this company if I had known you can obtain the same service from the Govenment website for FREE! I have complained to the Washington DC Small Business Administration to inform other Business owners Not to fall for this MALICIOUS "business". This company should NOT be allowed to continue operating as their entire business model is to scam new Business owners!

    I am rejecting this response because although I do not see my information on there it still appears I can login and my business still comes up , I would like my total account to be deleted ie. my business name and account there , also  any bank account , routing  , EIN , or other numbers that I may have entered on the Sam Directory Site !  I will be content when everything is deleted and I can not login on the site . Hopefully SAM Directory Site officials can do this . Thank You
