    What a ******* scam!! I took time out of my busy day to put in all my information and then was asked for a $600 payment?! Tell me ahead of time that a payment will be requested at the end so I do not waste my time! Put in a disclaimer that you are not associated with SAM or any other government entity. This is already a confusing process for small business owners, we do not need places like this making it even more confusing. By not being up front from the get go, speaks to the poor character of your agency.

    Scam! Do not give them any info. They will steal your money. There are not in any way associated with SAM. Everything they claim to do can be done for free yourself. They will steal money directly out of your bank account if you give them your info.

    SAM Directory was excellent when registering my business entity through SAM.GOV. The Customer Service - Tiffany- was super helpful and responsive to any and all of my questions. Highly recommend them to process your application with SAM.GOV. I am not sure why everyone else says they are a SCAM when their website clearly states they are a third party. I will be a using their service again.

    scam company. pretends to be related to SAM for government grants but is not. I see your replies- no you do not clearly state that you aren't the government, and I can show anyone the forms you have us fill out.
    Anyone can email me at SAMDirectoryisfake at gmail.com. It is set up to automatically respond with an image of the fake documents that this company tries to have you sign.
    don't give them your banking information or you'll have to make a new account. they freeze your profile after you put your information in and won't release it unless you pay.

    THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. SAY THAT FOOLISHNESS IN THE BEGINNING BC I COULD HAVE DONE THIS ON MY OWN WITH THE NONSENSE! TOOK ME 3+ HOURS TO DO THIS BUT THE BEST PART WAS THE NOTARY I MET BC SHE INVITED ME TO DO A WORKSHOP.

    I was mislead as well. They misrepresented and now have my checking account info and routing number. I have to freeze credit and do fraud alert on my account now.

    If there was a ZERO rating, that's what I'd give this extremely misleading, very difficult application site. It took we two days to complete the app, getting a document notarized, and jumping through very difficult questions with NO help - only to find out they were NOT a government site and merely trying to make a buck off victims like me and the rest of the people with similar complaints. Then to add insult to injury, they tried to soak me for $597.00! Do not. I repeat DO NOT go to this site. It is a total scam!

    This is a fraudulent site. They advertise on SAM.gov as their site (it is clearly misleading) but then charge you--while the actual SAM.gov site is free. ****DO NOT USE. BEWARE.***** If you are registering your company, go to SAM.gov NOT this site.

    Your link on the SAM.gov does NOT state that you are a different company. You do NOT say until the end that you charge for a free service. This is a scam.

    This is clearly a site that misleads you into thinking you are on a government site. I went through the questionnaire and then sent them the notarized form only to find out I have to pay them $597. That's when I realized I was not on the government website. I don't know if this site is a scam but they are not upfront who they really are. I would stay away from this site.

    That is correct, we charge a fee for our services. You can always register for free with SAM.gov or choose to pay us to take care of the application process for you.

    This site is not Sam.gov where you can file to receive your UEI for free. Very upsetting to submit my documentation and notarized documentation to a site clearly misleading you to think you are submitting to the government SAM system. When you get to the final submission page it asks you for $597. There was no signal from this deceptive company upfront to let you know you are not submitting your information to the actual government SAM system (nor at the end when they ask you for money).
