    I have become aware that this organization is not affiliated with SAM.gov, which I thought it was connected with. I want to request a refund. It's been nearly two months since I submitted my payment, and no services have been provided, nor has my application been approved with no explanation. This company is very misleading and honestly feels like a scam to confuse small businesses trying to work with the government.

    I have no clue but this company charged my credit card issued by ******** **** under *** **** card. I tried to contact them with no luck. They charged my card $597 on Jan 13,2023. All I need is credit back to my credit card ending in 4327.

    There are 12 emails between us over the course of 4 days. We figured out an ex-employee of yours used your payment information on our site. Once we tracked that payment down it was immediately refunded.

    I NEVER WENT ON THIS SITE. SOMEHOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION OFF SAM.GOV SITE AND SEND ME A MISLEADING EMAIL SAYING I NEVER FINISHED MY Registration. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND SO I JUST SAID FORGET IT AND STARTED FILLING IT OUT. AFTER SPENDING $6 on getting papers notarized I uploaded banking information and that when they asked for a payment. There’s no one to call or reach. They have all my business information and I believe they are using this to steal peoples identity. I will be filing a civil suit. They had no right going on the site and taking my information off. I want proof that my information was deleted.

    Hello, we do not take any information on SAM.gov. We do not email anyone that doesn't sign up on our website first. Requests to delete information from our systems are usually done within 24 hours. If you need any assistance, we are always glad to help.

    This website is totally misleading. I registered with SAM Directory believing it was the actual SAM website. Perhaps if "LLC" was anywhere on the site I would've known it was a scam, but "LLC" magically appeared after I submitted payment. I emailed them immediately requesting they cancel the registration & credit the card. No response. I called the phone # on BBB's website & they do not answer. My next step is a complaint with the FCC for a fraudulent website.

    3:06pm November 23rd (day before Thanksgiving) - You requested a refund

    3:17pm - You then emailed again at with threats and insults

    3:26pm - You Emailed us again with the same threats and insults worded differently 

    3:46pm - One of our customer support agents informed you it was being escalated to a manager for a refund. Just 40 minutes after your first email.

    4:03pm - A manager sent the below email, confirming a refund had gone out. Less than 1 hour after your initial request

     

    "Hey xxxxxx, great work getting back to our customers within the hour the day before Thanksgiving! Your hard work is greatly appreciated. 


    ****** I have gone ahead and issued a refund and canceled your subscription. 


    If you feel the need to file complaints feel free! I'm sorry we couldn't have been of assistance.

    ************* pretends they are trying to help small US-based businesses. In the end the will ask for money. There is not even a customer support phone number! Their intent is to mislead small businesses who are registered or want to register in *******. What a very sneaky want to get money! I asked them to delete my profile and all of my data and not use any of my data. No response.

    Unfortunately the information you've provided to BBB for us to resolve your issue seems to be invalid data. Such as the phone number listed as 9999999999, etc. We follow up with most deletion requests same day, 48 hours at the longest. You can email us at ********************* * to confirm your information was deleted.


    As for the second part of your complaint, you are absolutely correct! SAM Directory is not affiliated with any government agencies. We are very transparent about this. We do charge for our services. The application process is very long, stressful, and can be quite error prone. SAM Directory provides a simplified application process, and takes care of any errors or issues along the way.
