    This site seems like a government site but it is not! If you need a SAM UEI number this is NOT the site. The actual site to use is sam.gov but this site seemed to override that address some how. Do not go to SAM.directory if you are just wanting to register with SAM and get a UEI number. Oh and when you get to the end of the long - all day- form on this 'directory' site you will need to submit $597! I wasted all day on this.

    Hello, that is correct. We are a 3rd party that assists with the SAM registration process. You can always register directly with SAM.gov for free.
