    Absolutely terrible. OnPoint provided the GoofProof coverage for ***** ******** *********. This is in regards to a claim I attempted for a reclining sectional. One by one, every electronic charging port began to break, along with full electronic controls for one of the power recliners. The material stained from simple usage and was almost impossible to clean. Further, the material pulled and tore over time; all of this in less than two years. The warranty coverage is an absolute joke. The way it was pitched by ***** was not at all the way it works (any damage, simply call and we’ll replace it—not true) and OnPoint is borderline unethical. Be very careful: OnPoint will push you to select a date of first damage that is outside of a 30 day window. If you are outside of 30 days, they will deny all coverage, and if it is a broad claim (e.g stains) that gets denied, it prevents you from being able to submit again. I picked a date after saying I wasn’t sure on exact date (I truly do not know but I noticed it and reported today); the rep pushed me towards a date outside of the 30 days. Further, they have different definitions for very similar sounding things, so if you say rip, tear, or severe pull (e.g strips of the fabric are pulling out of the couch), that will also determine approval or denial. Incredibly misleading.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. If I can save one person, their money, time, energy and some frustration at least it’s worth taking the time to fill this out. Please do not waste a single cent. Not only did I try to file a claim after paying four years worth of home warranty cost, which is $175 a month. That’s $8,400 dollars. More than enough to cover both claims of mine. I also paid the deposit for the claims that I made none of them were accepted. None of my problems were fixed but They took all of my money. When I tried to cancel the policy, I got a run around and still am being charged each month m. I’ve left messages, I’ve left emails. I’ve been told I will be called back. I’ve been told oh this company can’t cancel. You have to go through this company then call this number or that number. I’ve done it all. I’ve been told I was going to have a call back. I’ve waited on the phone for over six hours multiple days. It’s the worst scam I’ve ever been a part of and can’t get out of. Please tell everyone you know so we can save them from this horrible nightmare and fraud!!

    Worst warranty service ever!!! Denied a solid claim for power reclining sofa with broken mechanics. They said it was reported too late should have reported it within 30 days. Things is, I wasn't sure it was broken until the day I reported it. Now I'm trying to cancel it and although the sales person told me if I canceled it without a claim I would get a full refund they are going to deduct for prorated amount. These warranties are a scam. They are in it for the money not to help customers who file claims. NOT RECOMMENDED...STAY AWAY!!!

    I submitted a claim over 3 months ago. The last time I heard from them was in March asking for follow up photos. I submitted the photos and haven't heard anything since. I've called multiple times, I've escalated to Bob's Discount Furniture, they've escalated and I've emailed them multiple times. Nothing. Today, Bob's finally got someone on the line and they hung up on me after I said hello. It feels like this is all so they don't have to honor the warranty and cover the sofa arm.

    GUARDIAN PROTECTION PRODUCTS HAS A TERRIBLE WARANTY I HAVE DAMAGE TO MY SOFA THEY GUARDIAN WONT COVER AND THERE ASSOCIATED WITH **** ********* SO ANY ONE WHO READS THIS DONT GET THE WARRANTY BECAUSE ITS REAL TERRIBLE

    4Everhome USA/OnPoint Warranty Solutions, LLC duped me out of $1945.06 by fraudulently advertising and representing home warranty protection for my property. I filed a couple of service contracts during a 13 month period where representatives sent contractors who ended up stating that they were not obligated to complete jobs they'd initially agreed to complete, while leading me on so they could keep my monthly $149.62 coming into their pockets. I am deeply disappointed with their non-servicing, non-caring attitude and am making this complaint so as no one else is cheated out of their money under their guise of being an honest warranty company.

    SCAM. This company is a complete scam. I had a stain on my sofa and they sent me a bottle of cleaning solution. I paid hundreds of dollars for a $5 bottle of cleaning spray! Also, if they didn’t replace the furniture, which they didn’t I was supposed to get a credit to the store where I purchased. Never got any credit.

    Terrible Experience! Faulty ********************* Protection Plan!I trusted Guardian Insurance to cover my furniture protection plan when I purchased my items from *** Discounted Furniture in April 2022. However, when I filed a claim (Claim Number: *******, *******, *******, *******, *******, *******) for defects on both my coffee table and sectional sofa, the claim was denied. The coffee table began showing discoloration and spontaneous paint peeling, while the sectional sofa developed widespread lint on the fabric, lost cushion firmness, and faded colorall occurring under normal use and careful handling. The outright rejection of my claim, despite these clear defects, has left me questioning the value and reliability of Guardian Insurances coverage. I strongly advise anyone considering their protection plans to think twice, as my experience clearly demonstrates a lack of genuine customer support and accountability.
