THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!!! My daybed that I purchased from ************** is damaged. The slats broke causing the mattress to sink on one side. I purchased the ***** Goof Proof Protection c/o Guardian Protection. This was my second time purchasing a bed from ***** and the protection from Guardian. My first bed had the same damage and it was fixed by Guardian. This time I am experiencing the same damage and Guardian refuses to fix the issue. I sent in all the documentation requested and still no resolution. A representative from Guardian argued with me regarding where my claim falls within the paperwork. She basically told me I broke the slats on my bed on purpose. REALLY!!! I will not play word games with a representative of a company when I see clearly within the paperwork that my claim falls under 2(b) - WOOD AND HARD SURFACE FURNITURE - (B) ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE OF WOOD FRAME OR STRUCTURE OR OTHER HARD SURFACE FROM SPECIFIC INCIDENT. Because I filed my claim with the words "everyday wear and tear" I was denied. I will never purchase another protection plan from Guardian EVER again. They are full of it and do not look at the pictures/paperwork that they request. THE WORSE!!OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC

I bought a Frigidaire dehumidifier with 3-year warranty from the above company in 2021. I bought extended warranty on the same product for 5years effective from October 8, 2024. The device stopped working sometime in October 2024.
I have been calling and speaking with various staff of this company since then. It's as if they have been trained to deceive their customers, giving unfounded promises like the device will be replaced within 7 to 11 business days. The company has neither replaced nor sent any technician to repair the device. They are only offering warranty on various products to rob people of their hard-earned money. This company has to be exposed on this terrible act.

They do not stand by their warranties. I have damage to a piece of furniture. They asked for documents that they made me jump through hoops for , which I did. Only to have them decline my claim. Joe G.

They are money hungry and they rip people off I gave a nice Christmas gift to the company for me not to find out the problem I was having and still have the problem. Would t recommend them at all. Arleen (hoping I am spelling her name correctly) was very patient and helpful..
Provided me with excellent customer service and care!
She offered a list of repair options since my range is no longer under warranty.
Plus she is texting me the part # that I will need to get replaced ..if, when they performed a new pressure test after exchanging the propane tank, was at a higher psi than the 1/2 psi shown in the user manual and now may possibly need a new Pressure Regulator in order to pass the pressure retest on Dec 6th and AFTER they turn off the supply line as to not damage the NEW pressure regulator… which I believe is the problem they caused by applying too much pressure on the outside of my house without first turning off the supply line valve. Still trying to get the Gas company to respond to my question about the amount of pressure was used during the 1st test.OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC

They won’t follow through with issue with furnace. They have worked on it before. Now they won’t work on it because “previous” problem. I’ve spent lots of money to this company and because of this company. They haven’t done that much of anything.Now it’s talked to them again.Would not listen after cut off and call back. Told have to maybe get call back Monday.This company sucks.Can’t make payments because my major credit card company won’t work with them because of constant problems. I talked to Andrew T******, a sales person, for On Point Warranty. He told me that if anything in my house broke or quit working, it would be replaced. Well, unfortunately, my air conditioning and heating unit quit working. It had a build up of ice on both unit in the house and outside. We called a business to come and look at it and they said that it needed to be replaced. It was an old unit from 1977 and couldn't be repaired. I assumed that the whole unit would be covered as Andrew said that it would be replaced. The total cost was over $12,000.00. They only gave me $2,023.98. I have purchased this protection for my furniture two times at the **** ***** furniture store and both claims have not been fulfilled. What is wrong with your company? I bought goof proof insurance through ***** furniture. It's clear your only goal is to deny and duck a claim. I filed a claim via phone. they NEVER asked me what happened, just reply to the email with pictures. I did. They denied the claim saying it couldn't be linked to an accident. I called back, explained it WAS due to an accident. They said refile with that info. I did. Now you've denied it because it's a repeat claim. Your scam artists.OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC
