      Don't expect a quick or concise response. I am still waiting for them to pay for an office visit from October 2021. I called Humana first and confirmed that they do indeed cover the service I received. Now they want chart notes AGAIN. Okay, but my MD has already sent them twice. You might want to check out other Medicare supplement providers.

      Humana was acceptable in the past but lately they are intolerable. They pay less and charge more. Higher deductible and now they even to refuse to pay their portion of drugs they have paid for in the past. They won’t even accept my doctor sending them information on why I can’t take another drug on their preferred list. They even tried to get my doctor to prescribe a drug not FDA approved for my condition. They reject appeals for no reason. This behavior smacks of profit oriented vs. customer care. When open enrollment comes around, they are history. Avoid these guys!

      I wouldn't give 1 star! This company has a Jan-Dec deductible period but they don't indicate that when I signed up in Nov. So, I had to meet a deductible then and again in the following Jan. They also deny all kinds of claims so be prepared to waste lots of time on the phone! Why does this company have an A+...? So much for the BBB...

      Humana Pharmacy has the worst support for their website and practices. People on the phone are nice and try to help but they cant. Very frustrating.

      Humana used to be a good company. With the switch to Centerwell, the intent seems to be how much money they can make without thinking about the people they are supposed to be serving. When one tries to sign in to the pharmacy site, they either get a screen telling you how much coverage you have left, or an error saying that the site cannot be found. Is Humana trying to get rid of all its Humana Gold members? I used to tell everyone about the Humana pharmacy. Now, however, I won't and I am wondering what to do about medicare insurance.

      these people are bottom freeders i do not have your coverage never paid one premium and you keep trying to shove your rotten coverage down my throat I am with
      Aetna Silver Script and I will never go with a HMO especially one like you

      In June we went on vacation to North Carolina, while there we developed some back pain. We called the number on the back of the card and asked for a Chiropractor near where we were. Gabriel gave us ************* we called and made an appointment. When we presented the Humana Card, we were told they did not accept Humana and had told Humana, they were out of the program. Being in pain with every step we did not want to travel anywhere else. So, we took 2 treatments in 2 days and were charged a total of $198. Since our co-pay is $40 (in program) and we were told they WERE in the program, we want a refund of $118. After we received visit billings on July 5, 2022 we presented the charges to Humana. They responded with a decision would be made by the 8th. The 8th came and went as did, 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 and 15. Now, they say a decision will be made by September 3, 2022. I have decided to take them to Small Claims Court and let them tell a Judge why it takes 2 months to make a decision when they have all of the detail. We have made 7 emails asking about the decision for the 8th, no response, totally ignored.
