1 starReceived services with Telemynd through humana military. I was told and have it in writing that the appointments are at no cost, but if humana would lift this policy, I would be responsible for a $31 copay. Understood. Did 5 appointments and Telemynd emails me saying humana is now charging a $33 copay. I called to confirm and was told humana is also making patients pay for ALL their past appointment co-pays leading back to July 1. Telemynd said humana changed this policy on July 1 but didn't notify them until August 31! I understand charging the co-pays for future appointments but to make us pay for all the co-pays for past appointments when we were told were free, is unethical. Humana never, not once, notified me of this change. And my first appointment was August 3..you'd think they would notify since they supposedly changed the policy a month before? This is so unethical and I'm sure illegal. I am going to be contacting someone in regards to taking legal action.Review fromkeith w

1 starI am amazed any of their customers are still alive. This company is the epitome of incompetence, miscommunication, and arbitrary decisions. There's no copay but then there IS a copay for no reason. Your prescriptions will be delivered but then they're not. The pharmacy will not answer the phone. (Oak Street Health, I'm looking at you.) The right butcher doesn't know what the left butcher is doing. I'm done with these clowns. Dr. Nick Riviera could do a better job.Review fromKris R

1 starUnacceptable delay with referral from Humana.
I have been trying to get a referral to an eye doctor for one month. Humana sent me to the optometrist for a referral to an ophthalmologist prior approval from Humana. I was given the runaround and no one can give me a definitive answer for the referral delay.Review fromKenneth W

1 starDo you want socialist quality health care but still want to pay around two car payments for it? Well, step right up! Wife and I having issues. All the doctors in the network are not taking in new clients. Looks like we have to wait at least several months. LOL. Maybe they should just provide lawyer services instead. 1 starPlease read! I have to be on Lovanox injections while pregnant due to a blood clotting disorder. I suffer from recurrent pregnancy loss. There is now an investigation going on with Humana Pharmacy because it took them WEEKS to even process my prescription. This resulted in me losing my baby because they couldnt get me my injections in time. They never gave me a reason as to why they couldnt just simply do their job. My OBGYN wrote it as ASAP. I will forever have to grieve the loss of my baby because they dont know what they are doing. Or they just simply dont care.Review fromRandall G

Centerwell Humana drug company sent me medication and a bill a month later for $131.00. I never received an email. Phone call or text saying there would be a charge. I cannot afford this. I called have not opened ed package but they would not take it back.Humana, Inc.
