      The absolute worst! Tricare prime doesn’t want to help anyone. My Doctors don’t know what kind of doctor I’m suppose to see, Tricare doesn’t, and every person I talk to has a different tells me something different and I get no where. Simple tasks that should take 5 mins at most take hours with Tricare. They make everything impossible. To make appointments over the phone it’s over an hour wait, online its hit or miss, it’s takes days to get a proscription refilled after you already have to go online and activate it. You can hardly ever talk to a real person. It’s like they don’t want us to actually see a doctor. My mental health is effected drastically every time I have to deal with them with all the deflecting and gaslighting. Major changes need to be made!

      Humana, has failed me very bigly. At this moment, [9. 19. 22] I have received not a single provider medical invoice. I signed up for the paperless option, but they would not allow the new email to work, as they state I had an old one from two years ago, which they required I use. I deleted that email account and had no way to retrieve it.
      Several months later, I mailed in a request form for a paper account, but never received any paper invoices or statements.
      Furthermore, it took six weeks to send out the "service provider" booklet, after three phone calls! This firm is more concerned about free cash flow, then professionally servicing their paid
      accounts.
      Humane, has declined from acceptable to a complete AVOID.

      In a word: Incompetence. Alternatively, they are fraudsters, giving false information to service members. They are unable to cite or reference the so-called “policies” that they based their decisions on. They need full congressional oversight and accountability as service members and their families’ lives are at risk as a result of their willful denial of services and support. They forget who is supposed to serve whom. Complete garbage and waste, fraud and abuse of tax payers’ money, creating risk for our military.
