      The company website allowed me to order a key fob, along with an "EZ Installer" that programs it to my car. I was also able to upload 3 high quality photos for the integrated key. When my package arrived, the cut key did not work, and after the key fob showed errors, tech support told me that my car is not compatible even though the website allowed me to order it. A big waste of time, energy and who knows when I'll get a refund after sending the whole kit back to them.

      I truly do apologize Peter. Our website should not have allowed you to purchase the EZ installer, as it is not compatible with your vehicle. I have made sure the compatibility has been updated so this mistake will not happen in the future. I have also issued a refund in full. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

      For corporate /entire firm
      My experience was HORRIBLE AND LIES ..
      They initially failed to confirm my lock was aftermarket or not . The employee proceeded to get in my car and engaged my truck. Once engaged she could not disengage the alarm and I was then locked out the car. Customer service stated they would pay for the entire repair if I got it towed to a dealer. I Asked/confirmed if they would pay .. and they verbally agreed to pay FOR THR REPAIR ONLY IF get it towed to the dealer instead of my home for a repair man to come and repair. I preceded to that the dealership arrangement and once the cost came back — they then stated they would only pay 1/2 the repair ..!!! $300 of my money for a $99 dollar key that I never received !! No work done on my car ..
      Due to the document disclaimer of not being responsible. Julienne/or Juillette / DAVID .. not people of their WORD!!!!
      My advise **DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until u have the product in your hand and added**
      Please BE CAREFUL !!! The corporate officers are shady and not of their word!!!!

      I have amended my complaint . Its now 5 stars because of their superior customer service. They have refunded my locksmith bill which was needed to reset my cars computer due to an issue with the key not connecting to my cars system. I was blown away that they were willing to refund the billwhnch was larger than my key purchase. I will definitely recommend this company in the future to others. How can one go wrong when they stand so solidly behind their product?

      I purchased a key fob that said in stock and $0 for shipping. Got an immediate email saying order was received and will be here in 5-7 business days. Guess what? 8 business days later and no key fob. Also, they charged me $4.95 shipping. Called them and was on hold for about 15 minutes only to be told it is on back order. The customer service rep was helpful, but what a shady business. This car was painted and mechanically serviced in the time I waited for the key fob. This car is a birthday present for my daughter and I wanted to give it to her complete on her birthday. I cannot do that now because of Car Keys Express. They did refund my money, but now my daughter does not have a key fob on her birthday. Stay away from this business unless you like hassles.

      If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!!! We bought a key fob through one of their trucks at a Sam's Club and we had to order the fob due to a chip issue in the one they had. Their rep gave us his cell to call him when we got it in and when we called MULTIPLE TIMES we have never heard anything back.
      I contact Car Keys Express and got an email for a representative that works with Sam's Club and no response. Wrote Car Keys Express and NO RESPONSE!!!! So I have a brand new key fob we paid good money for and cannot use it!!!!

      got called a b**** after trying to get a key for over a month. they were a vendor for the car dealership Chad kept saying he would get it then not and that he's "too busy & gets over 100 messages a day so it's my fault for not following up". I suggest they fully hang up the phone next time before calling people names. Terrible experience would never recommend to work with in Utah.
