      I purchased a key and fob for my Chevrolet Suburban from Chris at the Eastgate Sam's Club for about 1/2 the price the dealer would have charged. Chris had it programed and working in no time. I had a great customer service experience.

      Car Key Express does not care for customer service and have illegal practices. I purchased a second key for my car from Car Key Express, an on site truck in Sam's Club parking lot. The representative in the truck asked for my original key and showed me a similar key. Then I was given a business card for Austin B****, regional manager and a card to scan inside Sam's to pay for my purchase with a discount. After paying for my new key the representative said that he couldn't program the key to my car and that he did not have my key,but in 10 days my key would be mailed to me. When I received the key in 10 days someone from a third party, Locksmith Services came to program the key to my car, of which I was unaware of. The key was guaranteed for 30 days and on the 1st day the original key no longer worked. The dashboard displayed "Remote Keyless Problem" and the car started malfunctioning, shutting down while I was driving. 3 days later the car would not start, it was totally broken down. I had it towed to N***** Ford for a diagnostic test. A copy of the diagnostic test and estimate of repairs was sent to Car Key Express and Locksmith Services after they called me a liar. Now they are claiming that they are not liable for the programming damages to my car. I just want my car repaired.

      Had my Ford key made on June 9th, 2023 Bought it at **** **** in Corona location from Car Keys Express mobile van. NHad to bring it back a few days later because key would not flip when button was pushed. Gentleman working graciously redid the key. It did not have Ford emblem which was fine. Tonight went to get in my car and it key fob was completely dead. Paid about 300 dollars for it. Hoping they make it right since it is only 1 month old. It worked great until tonight. I can't imagine the battery is dead after 1 month.

      I purchased a key about 18 months ago. Two days ago the housing broke into several pieces when I turned the car on. I met the Car Keys Express representative today and they told me that since I had purchased it more than a year ago it was not eligible for warranty replacement. But good news! If I buy a new one today it comes with a 4 year replacement warranty! So if there wasn't an issue they wouldn't have quadrupled the warranty. Don't buty from them. Find someone else who uses a higher quality key blank.

      Man I came to Sams clubs and these guys happy to help replace my battery in my key. They were quick, friendly, and polite. Austin, isach , and Matthew rocks.

      First time customer at Keys Express and they did not disappoint. They were completely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. The gentleman and lady who both helped my mom and I, were very polite and patient, even when I was questioning the price and procedure. Throughout the whole process they answered all my questions and even showed me something I never knew about my key fob. The entire process was maybe 20 minutes at the most. A Very efficient and extremely efficient business. I also loved that they are a mobile company and can provide everyone service. 10/10 would most definitely recommend!

      I am livid with this company. I purchased a key fob at my work in Glenn Carbon IL the Sam's club. My purchase was 350.00. Had to order the fob on 4/15 order number SO-1048750. I was told by Kristen that when I received my fob texted or call her and she will set up a date to come back to Sam's Glenn Carbon IL and program my fob. I received the fob in the mail last week. Texted Kristen and called and left a message that I was ready for my appointment. It's been 5 days and ZERO RESPONSE! SO May 1st I call the customer service number. He told me to contact Kristen again after me telling him she didn't respond. So I texted once again and left a voice mail. Zero response again. So I called him back he messaged his manager Julian sent me to her. Again couldn't talk to anyone so left her a full detailed message of my horrible issues with this company. Mind you Julian is the manager for Sam's club scheduling if the key fobs for this company. We'll it's been 4hrs and not one response from ANYONE WHO WORK'S FOR THIS COMPANY. I have worked at my job 35 yrs we were taught that quality and customer satisfaction is number one with our company. As far as I am concerned CarkeysExpress has failed everything and I will never purchase any from this pathetic company again. Denise L*********.

      Don't like leaving bad reviews but can't get Ikeyless to respond to me. Ordered cut by photo key, programer and key fob. Got in mail on May 14 and cut by photo didn't work. Called customer service and was given instructions to take photo of keys side by side and send to email given to me.
      Told to make sure order number included.
      Called back on May 19 customer service told me because I didn't say what was wrong with the key they would have just deleted the email. I mumbled a bad word and said this is ridiculous and she hung up on me.
      Now it's May 24 and still have not heard a word from IKeyLess. What I'm I to do?
