      So far my experience with this company has been great. This is my first time with sonic , ordering was simple delivery was as said ‘fast!. And my interaction with Maria was great, an employee like her I hope is appreciated !. Thax sonic for the experience with your company , when it’s time to upgrade again I’ll be back!.

      I ordered a new car audio system to replace the OEM. Sonic helped by providing all of the needed install accessories. During checkout the website said I would receive my order in 3 business days. However, after two business days I still did not have a shipping confirmation. I reached out via email to Sonic but got no response so I called another day later (the original promised delivery date). The gentleman I talked to told me one of the items in my order (the trim kit that mounts the head unit) was not available and would not be available for 1-2 weeks. I was disappointed but what can I do.
      I let him know that even then the website still showed I could order the same unit with the trim and get it within 3 days. He was surprised by this and said he would try to take care of me. I took this to mean I would get some additional feedback.
      After speaking with him I received a return email from my original query and I explained the same issue (she did not seem to know I had spoken to someone). The only remedy offered was to either split the shipment (no use as I can't do the install without the mounting kit) or get a refund on the mounting kit. I asked for the refund but was informed they were including the kit for free and thus would not provide any refund.
      Now I wait well over a week since placing my order with no audio and no idea when it will arrive.

      It's is my pleasure to take some time off my schedule, and write a positive review on the great, and outstanding service assistance I had received today from Maria S. She was very patient with me, despite the noisy background and my hearing challenges. Maria took her time to understand the reason for my call, asked clarifying questions, and kept me on the line and while working to find the solution I was in search of without even transferring my call to another. Maria S. is the epitome of an amazing customer assistance and that without a dout, truly reflects credit upon herself, her supervisor, and, most importantly, the company/employer. Huge thanks again Maria! ????
