      JP, was an excellent customer service advocate, he made certain that all my questions and concerns were being met, and if it was something that he wasn't certain about pertaining to a question or concern, he took the time to go and find out. This is the type of individual that brings you comfort in doing business with a company like SONIC ELECTRONIX. It's the time an effort individual that a person is willing to take to ensure that all your needs are met before your conversation ends, never once did I feel rushed or #2 in his corner, he made me feel like a #1 customer and that he truly cared.       Don at Sonic Electronixs was absolutely phenomenal, first and foremost he listened to what was needed, addressed the issue completely and resolved everything in a matter of minutes. No bs just great customer service. I recently switched from being a Crutchfield only customer and boy am I glad I did. Thank you team Sonic.

      I’ve been using this website for years and have always received quality product. The first and only time my order was incorrect I sent correspondence to their support, they replied in a timely manor and resolved my issue, great service, great website (friendly to all users) and quality staff, and product!

      Warrantied out my radio and mistakenly sent out my install kit with it. Called and they were gonna fix it. Never did. Jp said he was gonna send out my order. Said he’s for sure gonna get it out. Never did. Called back and the next person said they were gonna send it out. Never did. Called today and they said the same. Very frustrated with the customer service. I’m left with a radio I can’t install right. Due to no install kit. The install kit is $139 and I really don’t wanna just got buy another one
