      After contacting customer service and speaking with a rep who was NOT helpful, I contacted sales and spoke to a rep who proved to be just the right person for the job. JP was understanding, helpful, and ultimately fixed the problem Sonic Electronic's website caused (they had the wrong wiring harness linked to my vehicle...and still do, it should be noted).

      I had an issue caused by the website so I called in and got JP on the phone. He was very friendly and jumped at the opportunity to fix my problem. Within minutes I was completely taken care of and I appreciate that so much. Customer service like this is why I’ll be doing business with Sonic Electronix more in the future.

      Sonic Electronix is now the only company I will do business with for anything audio related thanks in part to their very competitive prices and largely due to Adam Price. I am fairly clueless when it comes to car audio, not in my wheelhouse, so I emailed their customer service team and was fortunate enough to have Adam Price guide me through everything I needed for a phenomenal audio system. I thought working with the limited space available in my standard cab Silverado would be a huge challenge and I must have sent no less than 20 emails with questions. I was amazed that Adam responded to every email in under 10 minutes and had great suggestions and product recommendations. If I were Adam I would have seriously contemplated choking me out because of all the questions but Adam was very polite, professional and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to car audio. He provided the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, ever. I can not say enough great things about my buying experience or the customer service I received. Crutchfield should be gravely concerned because they now have some serious competition. God Bless yall for reading this, I realize it's lengthy.

      J.P was excellent in helping me get a return on a product. Not only did he help me with that, he went above and beyond to go in my history to see what size doer speakers I had bought in the past. JP showed nothing but courtesy, concern, and knowledge in helping me today. Thank you JP

      I bought a soundbar that wasn’t as loud as I wanted and JP took great care of me while I was having issues to file a return on the internet and helped me get a return done with ease. I couldn’t appreciate the process being any easier. Thanks JP!

      I was trying to figure out what I can do to return some speakers I bought. So I gave Sonic Electronix a call and a person by the name of JP took care of everything. He treated me with respect and noted the account appropriately since I had mistakenly chosen the option that I had opened the speaker's boxes. In actuality I never opened the boxes but clicked on the wrong option that said that I did. Thanks to JP I was able to have the peace of mind that everything was correct on my return. Thank you JP and thanks Sonic Electronix :)
