      I researched my purchase on numerous for days and ended up choosing Sonic because of the reviews of past buyers and price. Once I knew what I wanted I reached out to Adam who directed me in the right direction for what was needed or what wouldn’t work for my vehicle. I will definitely buy from them again. Very smooth process and kind people.

      I have had great experiences with Sonic Electronix in the past (I’ve ordered many products over a 7yr time span) with never any issues. However, my most recent order had a little shipping snag and I only received one of the two items I ordered. The representative that helped me (Honey) was absolutely awesome! She was able to resolve the shipping mishap with my order with in hours and made me a very happy/satisfied customer yet again. She will definitely be a contact I would reach out to if I need something from them again, which is more than likely thanks to Honey. You are very fortunate to have her on staff!

      I still haven’t received my order. And. I’m. Currently being charged for it. The. Acima place that’s charging me for it seems to be no help. Sonic electronicx seem to be no help. I’ve been trying to reach them on the phone. And now there telephone number doesn’t work. I will be attempting to to get a hold of the company president. Or my attorney next this has been going on since the beginning of February. and this telephone number number doesn’t work

      My name is John Roman I’m from Germansville pa. my return RA#548478. I purchased from this company, a touchscreen radio with the accessories. They took the money no problem. They shipped me my product no problem, but for some reason I emailed them and asked them if this radio is waterproof because my motorcycle sits outside from spring to fall the reply back no so I told him OK I would like to return the product And get my money back he said not a problem follow the RA instructions which I did I had to pay for return. They got my product and now instead of refunding me my money they gave me a credit. I have called them three times asking for my money back And the man on the phone keeps telling me that he’ll send me an email and he’s going to talk to upper management. They got my money and they got the product back and I got nothing. They do not state that the radio is not for an outdoor usage where there’s rain they do not , tell you that you will get your money back as a credit. This is a bad company and this is bad business.

      I placed an order online that showed in stock but actually was not and the wait time was unknown when they would be able to get it back in. Adam P. assisted me and helped me cancel my order and was very informative about the entire process. He was also very friendly and was very quick to answer any questions or concerns. I read some bad reviews but with my experience I would definitely give them a shot and purchase with them in the future. I felt that I should take a few minutes to share my positive review because online shoppers tend to share the bad more than the good. Thanks Adam and Sonic Electronix for my making my experience a good one!

      False advertising on their website. Refused to help or acknowledge the issue. I'll never shop with them again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away.
