      My experience with a return was easy-going and I bought 2 speakers and only got credited for one, then called back and JP (John Paul) corrected it and is sending it back to the returns dept., the equipment was awesome but I bought the wrong size speakers but will purchase the 8" instead of the 12" which was a mistake.

      Joanna was very helpful. Overall amazing experience with sonic electronix. Very rarely do business go above and beyond in customer service and they were able to make it happen! I highly recommend doing business through them! I will definitely be buying here again.
      More specifically Joanna - Joanna was very polite and kind when discussing our situation. Joanna has skills and talents like no other. As an individual who managers several facilities in sales/ customer service I strong believe Joanna is amazing at her job and as a manager I believe she can achieve great potential with the right motivation and guidance. I hope Sonic Electronix invests in their assets and attempt to train Joanna in achieving greater things beyond her imagination. If SE invest in their human capital as well as their customer service experience I have experienced recently I am sure they will recognize true potential and pursue further investment with Joanna. Otherwise, another business (like my own) will recognize true potential and seek Joanna’s expertise for themselves. I genuinely hope Joanna’s managers see this review and further consider expanding Joanna’s role within the organization by investing in her knowledge and skills.
