      Fantastic customer service, I ordered JBL speakers, they were out of stock, Joanna promptly emailed me to let me know; I easily made a switch to a different product without a hassle. I will be back in the future. Thank you very much!

      Joanna assisted me throughout a very stressful process. The entire time, she remained calmed and professional despite my attitude and frustration. She was able to assist me in every way possible, plus went the extra distance to accommodate me for inconveniences. She gave me a great experience and im happy to be a years long customer of sonicelectronix.

      Worst experience. They are fast to be in contact when purchasing but once a problem occurs nothing. I notified Joanna C. about the way my delivery was left and only got 1 response maybe 2 my purchase was made november 2024 and still not resolved. Not only is it not resolved now Joanna C. Wont even reply to my emails leaving me out 400 dollars and a head ache they are lucky to get even one star

      Well I ordered a set of 6x9 in December and they was on backorder so with me knowing this I bought them anyways. Still on backorder I now ready to see if about just going with other brand so I asked the staff at SE and I got a reply from Joanna and let me say from the beginning she was super nice and informative. She told me it was no problem we definitely can switch out for a another brand of speaker just go on and pick out what you want and send her the information. So I did just that and found what I want sent her the information and got a reply within a hour from her telling me everything was set and should be getting a tracking number once shipped. 30 mins later they shipped and on the way. I can't express how much I'm blown away with the customer service here. They definitely remind me of the days when people actually cared. Thanks and will definitely be purchasing more from you in the future and recommend all my friends to do the same!

      Always a pleasure doing business with them. A lot of great products on hand and their customer service is remarkable. Joanna was a great help to getting me the in store credit that hadn't been posted on my account. Will continue to do business with them as long as they stay committed to their customer service.

      First experience with Sonic Electronix but so far it's been seamless. I reached out to the store after submitting a product question on ebay and they steered me to the website so I called. JP answered was incredibly helpful. He answered my questions and made the process easy. Thanks!!!

      Wanted to highlight Sonic Electronix for their amazing customer service theta provided when I called. They answered all my questions and made sure that I understood everything that was going on with my order. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend their products and would also like to highlight that they are a company that appreciate the service of veterans and teacher and also students by offering discounts and other perks. It's rare that a company that sells electronics would do this for us. Thank you.
