      Customer Service Rep Maria was awesome. Automation needs improvement. Had to call to initiate return I thought started days ago. The waiting continues. Order and tracking information also inaccurate and untimely.

      I had ran in to a time frame issue for a job, apart of my order was not going to make it, I had the privilege to work with Honey on my order and she was able to get the situation solved! She was fast and responsive through email and very professional with urgency and kindness! I would definitely recommend this company!

      Sonic electronic is very helpful. I spoke with JP in returns. I purchased an nvx component set, and after I installed it, I found out one woofer didn't work. JP was very helpful, and instead of having to uninstall everything, they're sending out one woofer to replace the DOA one! JP is freaking awesome.
