      Wanted to exchange unused speakers for another set, but was outside the window. Don was super helpful though. He offered approximately $25 credit to my account, which I applied to the other speakers. They were already at a great price! Thanks to Don and SE!

      Fantastic customer service. The best experience I have had in awhile. I had recently sent back a DS18 Pro-ZT for warranty and the guy that helped me J.P. was very helpful indeed. He looked into my return and sent a replacement right away. He also answered all my technical questions. He also insured me that customer satisfaction is important to him, as it is for me as well.

      I delt with J P in customer service. (Returns). He was very helpful and explained completely what steps I needed to do to return a radio that was not going to work for my situation. The person I talked to before J P was not very helpful but J P was excellent. Sonic Electronix is an excellent business with great stock available.

      I had an issue with a double order of the same items. I reached out to SE and spoke with Honey. She was very pleasant and understanding and did not pass me on to someone else. She immediately made some calls to resolve the issue. It’s clear that only due to her prompt actions, my problem was fixed. I’m sold on SE now. What a great company and staff to deal with.
