      I am continuing to have trouble with the taco bell located @ 11699 SE 82nd Avenue
      Portland, OR 97086. They hardly put any meat in their Doritos Locos tacos. The Clackamas OR location and Milwaukie OR locations don't have this problem. I shouldn't have to travel long distances to get the right amount of toppings on my taco when I live so close to this location and it is convenient for me. When I eat @ this location I feel like I am mainly eating shell and lettuce. My brother-in-law refuses to go to this location because of this issue. Can someone speak to the franchisee owner about this problem and fix it. I have tried to complaint to the manager and customer service multiple times without any long term luck.

      On 05/25-26/25, my family and I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru that stated it had a clearance of nine feet. We have a very specialized handicap accessible van that is 8'6". It was very dark going through the drive-through, and we heard scratching on our vehicle. Overgrown trees were scratching the tops and sides of our van! We got out of the van to try to move the trees off the van, to no avail. There was no safe way to back out with several cars behind us, and the angle prevented us from reversing without jumping the curb inside the drive-thru.

      We went inside and told the store manager, who stated that they had previously called someone to trim the trees, but they hadn't come out yet. They fully knew about the overgrown trees and did NOT warn vehicles of the decrease in adequate clearance. We were told to call the general manager, **** to proceed with Taco Bell repairing the damage.

      We called the next day, and **** stated that he had let corporate know of the situation, and they would call to cover the repair. We have been unable to get **** back on the phone to ask why we have not heard from corporate about the repair. We can't get anyone to contact us back!

      Taco Bell is not refunding me for over $40 spent. I didn't get my order, received the wrong order for delivery and I called into customer service and they keep saying some "upper management" will handle my refund request... I have called several times and even emailed the support and nothing. No call back within the 3 business days they keep saying. I have been sitting here waiting on my refund for over a week. I have no idea what's going on but my order #******. I ordered on the app for delivery. I have attached the details.

      I’m filing this complaint about two unacceptable experiences at separate Taco Bell locations in ************ **, and the complete lack of adequate customer service.

      Issue #1 – Burnt Nuggets (Order #******, May 5, 2025 – ***** ****** **):
      We ordered a 10-piece Crispy Chicken Nuggets Combo. What we received was completely burnt blackened beyond recognition and totally inedible. I’m attaching photos showing how bad it was. This wasn’t a small mistake it was a complete failure in quality control. For a $17.72 order, most of which had to be thrown out, I was given only a $10 credit via their online form. That’s inadequate for a meal we couldn’t even eat. No one ever contacted me back, it was the online automatic amount I got for saying I had an issue with an order but customer service never replied to my write in about this.

      Issue #2 – Charged for Food Not Received (Order #******, May 9, 2025 – *** ********* **):
      We used the $10 credit on a mobile order while on the way to a time-sensitive event. We selected drive-thru pickup but waited 18 minutes in a stalled line and never even reached the speaker. Since we never checked in or told them we were there, the app showed the order as pending and never went through. Later that night, it showed the food was being prepared, and then marked ready long after we’d left. Still, we were charged $1.25 (after the $10 credit so really lost $11.25). We never got the food. I contacted Taco Bell several times through their website and app on the day of and the next day. No one responded ever to this!

      I’m a regular customer, but these two issues back-to-back, and the lack of customer care, is unacceptable.

      On Sunday 5/17 around 11:30 pm I went threw to drive thru at the taco bell at **** * *********** *** ********, AZ *****, I wanted to pay using a gift card I received for Christmas but when I tried to pay with my electronic card I was told I could not use my gift card to pay for my order because it had to be a physical card. I explained to the employee that I had no other payment and he was so rude about the situation, so I just left because I had no other way to pay. The next day I called and talked to the store manager ****. I explained what happened and how rude the employees were.
      He told me he was sorry for the inconvenience and about what
      happened. He said he would put my name in the book so I could have my meal for free. I went back about 12 hours later. I spoke with the same manager that was there the night before. Again he refused to give me the meal I was promised and when I told him I spoke with **** in the morning. He then went and got a female manager that was incredibly rude and she told me they would not be replacing the meal, shut the window on me and walked away. I called and spoke with **** the next day. He told me that his regional manager told him that he could not replace the meal. I asked for the name and number of his regional manager but **** said he would not provide me with this information. So now I have a $25 gift card that I cannot use.

      On May 14 at 3:05 pm I was in the drive thru at this restaurant at the window paying when I noticed on my receipt the manager ****** *. had the order wrong. When I told her about it she said " I asked you if everything was correct on the screen and you said yes." I told her I didn't see the number of tacos on there and she said she would teach me to read the screen and I told her that it would help if they repeated the order and she said thet they didn't do that anymore and that I needed to learn how to read the screen. Then she gave me a refund for the incorrect order and gave me a receipt and told me to take a picture of it and give it back. When I asked her if she could print a copy she said just take a picture. I made a complaint to customer service and she called a few minutes after the complaint. She said there was a mistake because she was not rude and when I told her that it was rude to tell a customer to learn to read a screen she said wow Really? and when I said yes really she said " don't lie" and when I said I'm not you are she started yelling and didn't let me talk, she kept yelling and I told her she was being rude not letting me talk she said " I don't need customers like you and hung up.I called customer service again and asked to speak to the general manager and they told me the general manager would call me in 2-3 days but never called or emailed. I tried calling back Noone answers. I want the general manager and not the manager ****** to read this and listen to the conversation on the phone and also to send me a copy of the receipt she didn't give me.

      So I requested three beef crunchy Taco Supremes, and I was expecting the taco to be fully intact and not damaged like some sort of broken glass. I understand that newbie took my order and misunderstood when I said three soft beef tacos but I'm not mad about the newbie. Seeing all those broken tacos made me not want to eat my tacos and I would like my money back.

      On 4/23/2025 I went to Taco Bell on 128 Freeman’s Bridge Rd, Schenectady NY 12302 and I wanted to order the Street Chalupas and to my surprise I was told that they were discontinued although I had checked their website on that day just to make sure that they were still offering these chalupas since they were a limited time offer but they were still on their site as an option but the gentlemen that worked there suggested to try another Taco Bell since they may still have some chalupas left and so I called Taco Bell on 1417 Altamont Ave Schenectady NY 12303 and they did have them so I headed over. When we (my daughter was the driver) get there we tried ordering at the drive-thru but was ,told by the woman who answered that their systems were down and that it would be a 10-15 minute wait till we can place our order so my daughter said okay and asked if we could just wait there at the ordering spot where we were so we wouldn’t lose our place in line, but we were told that we couldn’t do that so she told us to drive back around to their parking lot and wait there instead and so we did just that. Once we parked our car we decided to go inside and place our order when the 10-15 minute time was up but we noticed that there was a kiosk available to place orders and so we start placing our order and when hear the same woman that told us that there was a 10-15 minute wait, saying “ welcome to taco bell, what would you like to order?” my daughter and I became upset because it had been just about a minute ago when she told us to park and wait 10-15 minute to place our order. Since we had ordered on the kiosk we decided not to say anything over this matter and wait for our food but now they are taking everyone’s drive-thru orders and making us wait for ours. Now we are both beyond upset and we wait for our order and just go back home but when we get home the order was incomplete and we ate 10 dry chalupas because they forgot to add the sauces. Terrible experience. No resolution!

      There have been several issues at this specific Taco Bell to the point that it feels like I am being scammed out of my money and others as well. Upon each visit there is a different reported issue by employees; no gloves, no napkins, no beef, no fryer, etc. when ordering online there is no warning about these issues so upon arrival you are met with none of your order. There are also severe wait times due to lack of staff. At times there is one person working register, drive thru, and cooking stations. This feels like it goes against standards for the restaurant, the worker, and the consumer.

      I have seen several possibly hundreds of complaints via Facebook, in person, and online review platforms like Google and yelp. This business is not operating properly and the consumer is facing all the consequences. The workers do not care and there is no leadership in place. I’m concerned about food safety.

      I went into the Martinsville IN Taco Bell on May 10th, 2025 at 2:00 pm I order off the kiosk (only way to place an order) I wait 30 minutes for my food get home and my order was not only wrong but the 3 tacos I asked for no beef swap for steak have little to no meat on them I have pics of how poor they where made. My other food was a tad better but pretty much made the same way. I feel $50 for food my fault I know but ridiculous but then ti get home and to find it all wrong missing items and no damn meat I was charged 1.70 per taco in the 3 hard taco combo and then no meat is beyond ridiculous but bull crap. I am tired of this happening then you call the store and they are rude or hang up. I'm tired of just having to eat the loss I shouldn't have too ive sent messages thru the mobile app about an order and never not 1 time received a call no text no email i don't hear from them. So if this situation isn't resolved I will not be back. I'm a loyal customer there 1 if not 2 times weekly look at my online/mobile app account it will show you. Something needs to be done customers should not have to keep going thru this and wasting money then now my time as well ontop of gas from the many many trips back to the damn store. I would love to speak with someone to resolve this issue.
