Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Roaches and spiders crawling everywhere, employees doing the absolute minimum. Waiting 30 mins for a craving box. Shut this place down.

Terrible service. Sitting in the drive though for over a half hour. Telling customers they have large orders and it will be a long wait. They are turning away customers and business. Mind you the food is terrible. The location will be closed before long because no one will be coming back. People are posting about this on social media with similar experiences. I have been here several times, all driving away without taking my order due to an extreme delay.

This store will get your order wrong nearly every time and refuse to refund your order. Taco Bell customer service will also refuse to refund your order. This store alone has stolen $200+ from me in this manner. I reached out for a month to customer service in an attempt to get even a response and was met with a $10 voucher for a $40 order that was entirely incorrect. Not even just something such as tomatoes when I didn’t order them but only receiving 1 item in the entire order that was ordered. The manager of the store screamed **** you to me from the drive through window when I arrived asking for a refund or the correct order. That qualifies as petty theft in the state of Ohio and should not be tolerated by customers or the company. I will never return to this store and if you want to get what you paid for, I recommend you find a different Taco Bell.

Placed an order on the app at 8:51 pm, it said the order would be ready at 9 pm. We decided to go into the store since the drive thru was busier, huge mistake.
The order was 1 steak and cheese chrunchwrap sliders, 1 caliente chicken burrito meal, 1 discovery luxe box and 1 steak grilled cheese burrito. I waited 30 mins before asking one of the employees if my order had gone through and was on the screen? The employee said yes it was on the screen over the drive through but hasn't made it over to the other screens. In that 30 mins. About another 15 mins pass, some girl comes in cussing on the phone and then yelling where is her order? Demanding a refund. She started threatening to steal all the mobile orders that were completed. She threatened to steal the cashier register. She said she was going to climb over the counter and beat everyone up. She started calling everyone working there profanities. After her yelling at everyone for 15 mins, she asked for another refund and the manager came up and gave her one. I then asked for a refund aslo. He said he couldn't give me a refund because I placed an order through the app. I asked when my food would be ready since its already been an hour. He said I would get it when I get it, and he doesn't have a time for me. I said okay well I would just like my food then and he said I was trying to make it but now i'm over here talking to you instead of making the food. I said okay well can I please just get my food then. He said you just have to wait. I asked how people can come in and place an order in store and leave within 10 mins of ordering but my order has taken an hour and I still don't have my food. He said that's just how it works. He then told me I need to stop yelling and cursing at him. I never raised my voice or said one cuss word. I said there was just someone in here cursing at everyone and threatening people and they didn't say a word to her, But they are yelling at me. 1039 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666

Taco Bell location 3456 Victory Dr, Columbus, GA 31903 served me a guacamole which had cheese and a white substance mixed throughout the container. I specifically placed an online order that excluded all cheese on every item in my order. I reported this to taco bell on their website and I have not got a reply.

1/20/2024 approx. 6:15 pm at Taco Bell, 1417 Altamont Avenue, Schenectady, NY. My interaction with one of your employees left me feeling disrespected, harassed, and unsafe.
I ordered a chalupa combo (Order #232), but upon taking a bite, I noticed the sour cream was missing. I returned to the counter to address the issue, and an employee came up while chewing food and simply stared at me. I explained the issue, saying, “I ordered a chalupa and there is no sour cream on it.” The employee, still chewing, responded, “What kind of chalupa?” I clarified that it was chicken. After speaking with the crew, she returned, still chewing, and stood silently staring at me. Feeling awkward, I thanked her and returned to my table. Shortly after, she approached me and claimed, “You didn’t see me choking?” I was confused, as I had not noticed any signs of distress. I replied that I hadn’t, and I only noticed that she hadn’t said thank you for bringing up my concern. She insisted she had been choking, which was inconsistent with what I observed. The situation escalated alarmingly. She accused me of ignoring her alleged distress and then began yelling, claiming she could say whatever she wanted and telling me to leave if I didn’t like her behavior. When I calmly stated that I had no obligation to leave as I was waiting for my second chalupa, her behavior became threatening. She yelled that she would “beat my ***” and called me derogatory names, such as a “hoe who can’t cook,” implying that’s why I was at Taco Bell. Feeling unsafe, I went to the counter to retrieve my chalupa, but she continued harassing me and making threats. When I mentioned recording her and calling the police, she decided to call the police herself. I also contacted the authorities. When the police arrived, and I was told that if I pursued charges for her threats, I would also be charged with trespass. Under these circumstances, I left the premises, feeling humiliated and unsafe.

I overheard a manager and or shift lead tell an employee that discussing wages is a firable offense despite it being federally protected. I've visited this place for many years and have never heard anything like that said before.

We went to Taco Bell on June 16th, 2024 (about 2 weeks ago). We ordered through the drive through. When we got home with our food, we realized there were 5 items missing from our order. And 1 item in there that we didn't order. We immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Chris. He told us to just ask for him next time we were in and he would take care of us. I wasn't sure about that solution because what if he wasn't there when we stopped in. So, I emailed a complaint. I waited about a week and never heard back (except the automated reply saying someone would contact me). We did go back to the same store and again ordered food through the drive through. When we got to the window, we asked for Chris and he was there. We explained what had happened and he grabbed some book and had no record of us/our issue. So, he said, I'll just make those items for you now. Um no, we already ordered food and don't need 5 more things. A credit would have been nice but he did not offer that. Just kinda stood there. So, I said forget it, we can figure it out next time and we paid for our food and left. Then, I sent another email...got the automated reply and still waiting on a response from the first and 2nd email. Right now, I am currently on hold with the 1-800 complaint line and have been for 27 minutes. So, I'm about to hang up and really would just like to be reimbursed for the items I paid for and did not get. I would like a gift card for any location as I do not wish to go back to the one I originally did. I've seen sooooo many complaints about customer service resolving these issues that I felt this was the only way to get my money back.

I was a customer at the Taco Bell in Borger, TX yesterday, and there was absolutely no air conditioning in the building. It was probably 100 degrees inside and 104 outside. All of the employees looked completely drained and mentioned that it had been like that for a few days now. Its inhumane to make someone work under those conditions especially in a food environment.
