      The Taco Bell on 2512 Kemp Blvd, Wichita Falls shorted my order. When I got home they had not given me the two most expensive items ordered. Being across town I did not want to drive back so I called. A girl answers and took my name and info & said the manager would be in the next day. I asked that the manager call me back and left my name & number. I never received a call. Today after about 3 weeks I was on that side of town again and stopped by to get my refund, I showed my ticket which I had kept to the person in charge. He told me his manager would be in at 1:00 it was about 11:30. He also told me that he didn't owe me anything, that he hadn't received a call before, and I said he did and ask him to take my name and number again and have his manager call me which he did but was very rudely and told me that he owed me nothing. I again said he did owe me and he became even more rude, so I left. This was a $12.95 ticket of which I did not receive $8.08 of food ordered. Not enough amount to really bother, but I was treated so rudely I decided to complain. After reading other reports it seems this restaurant does this on a regular basis. I would ask the owner if he knew his employees are some how cheating the company or eating our orders and letting customers pay for the food? At 11:30 am there were no customers! Makes you wonder why? I am waiting to see if I receive a call at 1:00. Wish I could speak to the owner.

      The food is... like... meh.
      What bothers me about my experience is that I'd ordered their dozen Cinna-balls, or whatever they're called, and they didn't show up with the delivery. Kinda ruined the meal, as the food wasn't that good, and I had nothing to get the taste out of my mouth.
      There's no method by which to get "missing items" replaced, they just gave me a $10 "eCredit". So... now I have to order again from a company that didn't deliver what was ordered this time. What... am I stupid? I'd like to be refunded the money I paid for the dessert that wasn't delivered. Or... get the dessert delivered. Seems that's the easiest way to correct this situation.

      This pretends like there out of food because they don't want to work. I have stopped by dozens of times between 10:00 pm and 1:00 am, their open times and they say they don't have chicken, or chips, or anything you ask for. This is the one at 6343 W. Jefferson Blvd.
      Fort Wayne, IN 46804. I wish I could leave no stars.

      Taco bell allowed someone to log into my app account from a city I've never been to and pick up the order from a store I've never been to and proceed to order $70 worth of food. There are zero security measures in place to prevent something like this from happening and they are unwilling to help find the person who did this to ensure it doesn't happen again.

      Welcome To Kentucky Fried Chicken Out In Norwalk, California!
      Today was a Very Special Day because I had the opportunity to get reunited with Betty M****** who was my Electrologist from around the year of 2017 who had also retired around that time as well!
      I have Missed her so Much and if feels so Good to see her again!
      I want to personally Thank Betty Maddick for taking the time out of her day to spend time with ME and for taking ME out to Kentucky Fried Chicken back on Thursday, December 29th, 2022.

      I placed an order thru their mobile app but when I arrived at the store it was closed due to a power outage. I have yet to receive a refund for my order though I have attempted several times to contact them through the app, website Facebook and Twitter. I can not get a response at all from their customer service.

      I have been charged for two orders that I placed through the app and the store was closed when I arrived, it should not have been closed and was not remotely close to closing time! I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund with no response.

      Ordered a pickup order through the app. When we arrived the door was locked as it was drive thru only. So hopped in drive thru waited 45 minutes only for them to tell us they didn't have our order. We were charged and received no food. Tried to complain through the app to get a refund and no response. No phone number to call. I've been a huge t bell guy too. They will be missing out on a lot of future business unless they remedy this ASAP.

      Worst company ever. Horrible customer service. On two occasions we were denied food because of their mistake on our order and the employees refused to serve the drive through customers and without telling them, we waited in the drive through line along with 7 other cars for almost 45 minutes and no one could leave without the first person in line driving away. I will never be a customer there again. Corporate was notified but nothing came of it. It seems they simply just don’t care.
