      I was one of the first 100 callers for "Tuesday Drop" to get a 30 day pass and was asked to input my full name and email address so I did and got an error message stating that they had my information but to please re-summit the information when I do it does not work so I called and waited for approx. 50 minutes and then the phone hang up I called again the next day and spoke to a rep whom kept going back and forth with a manager and finally gave up and told me that they are a third party and they have no control over it I asked to speak to the manager and he hang up on me. This seems to me that they really are not giving anyone the free pass and are promoting it as to be one of the first 100 callers to just get business because later I checked my acct and it stated that I can buy the pass. I would like corporate to issue me the pass to my account.

      I had my account compromised recently and have been emailing, calling, and messaging them on social media for assistance for 2 days to get my account recovered and the fraud charges reversed and no one has responded to anything. Horrible service. I'm honestly fine never going back to Taco Bell again since I had food poisoning from one that left me bedridden.

      Maple Rd, Amherst, NY location - They somehow lost my order even though I ordered inside, they gave everyone the wrong orders or were missing things, and there were flies inside the store all over. I waited half an hour with receipt in hand that I ordered and they never delivered on it until I commented to them after standing there for 30 minutes. The worker rolled his eyes at me when I said one of the things in my order was wrong.

      Disrespectful managers. Complaints about service all year. Frequently humiliating me making me call and come back to their sorry store. Spending my hard earned money to be disrespected by black sorry mangers. This will be taco Bell's last year with my business.

      The location in SC on Dorchester road has been out of ingredients or has had a broken fryer for weeks. I made a pick up order online and went to go pick it up and they didn't give me my order because there was apparently nothing to make my order with. I had to leave empty handed with wasted money
      I would like a refund for $9.44 and my free item offer reinstated.

      Tulsa oklahoma 11th street..So called store manager "do I need to spell it for you ?" Cassandra gave me Order which was wrong VIA DOORDASH. I was present with receipt and she refused to refund or replace because she said she made it herself and she let out 2 purchased items . When told I was reaching out to KMAC she said "great, tell tiffany also, she's the district manager". At 1:20 AM I left my home to take to food back to Cassandra after she purposely hung up on me and she talked poorly and very harshly over speaker in drive through with my young child present .... NEVER SPEND A CENT Here again. I hop Tripple d llc owner evicts them . TRASH food was old shells soggy asked for no sour cream or beans and I received all the above and missing 2 items ..manager Cassandra called me derogatory names over drive through speaker on camera....can't wait to show headquarters

      Asking if their worker is on drugs , when they are in a mass amount of of pain is as NOT okay. They are unprofessional and rude. They also make workers work while extremely sick, which is a hazard to **************.

      Upon returning to the store for an incorrect order that was made, the night manager took my order and tossed it across the counter with attitude. He then came back handed me my corrected order still with attitude no bag no sauce no apology. I had to return once discovered after midnight. I then asked him if I could have some compensation such as a beverage for the inconvenience. He then in a condescending manor says sure you can it will be $2.13. I explained the store made the error I had to return in the late hours of the night. He then says well you can have a water, then makes a water and tries to hand to me. I did not accept. I asked him why are you acting as such? He began calling me absurd names and calling me broke. This is very unacceptable. I am old enough to be that boys mom. No respect was given to a paying customer. I will never give my money to that store or any taco bell again.

      Visited my local Taco Bell on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, SC and was served food that had a stale taste and smelled like it was cooked in old grease. I made my purchase in the drive through. Drove back to the store and asked to speak to a manager. I shared my regret with the manager, asked him to smell my Mexican Pizza, and was told something was wrong with my nose. I asked if the food was possibly under a heat lamp too long or not fresh. His response, "I cooked these tortillas last night so they are fresh. LAST NIGHT!!! He went on to tell me that he cannot offer me a refund. I called another location near me seeking additional assistance for a corporate number for a district manager and was told by the second location that they receive complaints about this store all the time. This was a waste of time and money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

      Someone hacked my Taco Bell account and ordered twice in a row. I reached out to your Twitter account, and you sent me the same message about talking in DMs 3 times and never responded. I called and got a person that didn't care and said your policy is not to make it right. Didn't give a care in the world I was out money or inconvenienced. And before I could contact my bank, I had to contact you but you guys never wanted to respond. GARBAGE customer service. Just horribly.
