1 starTexas Roadhouse was one of our favorite places but the last 8 or 9 times that we have gone at least one strak has to be sent back because it is overcooked Generally it is 2 or 3 of the four Last visit 2 of the 3 weere overcooked One if them was recooked and was still overcooked Manager took off half which was ridiculous The entire meal should have been taken off Customer service is not good and apparently they no longer know how to cook a steak I get from time to time it happens but this happens at every visit I personally do not care to return Longhorn is just as good and the customer service is excellentReview fromNidia R.

1 starWe visited the new location in national city today, we waited for an hour for them to open the restaurant to be able to be the first ones when we got there because we were a group of 10 with 3 DISABLED people and a total of 6 elder people. When they opened the doors we were the second party to check in and we let the host know that we had disabled people and they just put our name down and had us wait. As we were walking in my aunt who is on a walker and has difficulty walking tripped over the entrance mat, luckily there were other customers that were able to help her. Once we were all inside they told us our reservation was for 3:30 and that we had to go back outside to wait, we, again, let the host know we had someone disabled and they told us we still had to wait outside. We asked why were we left behind when they had already sat about 10 parties before us and they said because we were a large group and they had to move tables around. By this time my aunt was already upset and felt discriminated as she was asked to go back outside when it’s very difficult for her to walk. More parties were sat before us until we finally talked to both Natalie and jasmine who were the hosts at the time and they said to wait another 2 minutes. When we were finally taken to our table they still split us up in two groups. When I asked to speak to the manager, Nayeli, I told her everything and asked why we had to wait, were kicked back outside and at the end we still didn’t get to sit together, to all my complaints and concerns she just shook her head and said there was nothing she could do. She gave me a form to fill out with a huge attitude and she didn’t help us at all. The way my family was treated was humiliating and they discriminated against a group of disabled people. After my aunt was kicked out she did not want to come back to the restaurant and we all had to end up leaving as the manager didn’t make the experience any less horrible and traumatizing for them.Review fromSandra R

I don't know which locations you all are visiting, but I have visited the Hilliard-Rome Road location in Columbus, Ohio numerous times, as it is just minutes from my home, and it is always fantastic! The food is delicious, and when I have had an issue, it was immediately remedied. The staff is friendly and helpful, too.
Thanks, Texas Roadhouse!Texas Roadhouse

I was so disappointed in the customer service at my dinner tonight at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Springfield, Ohio. I am a 56-year-old woman, old enough to be my server’s grandmother. I try very hard to be polite and respectful to all waitstaff, and I expect to be treated with respect in return. Imagine my surprise and offense when addressed as “Girlie” by my server (male) when asking if I wanted a refill of my drink. I will not pay my hard-earned money at an establishment that treats its customers in such a sexist and disrespectful manner. I will not be back—I will take my business elsewhere.Texas Roadhouse

Ordered a bottle of water from the menu, but they refused to bring it. The waitress was rude, so I asked for the manager, who was just as rude. Disappointing experience overall.Texas Roadhouse

Sakina, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. Our restaurants do not carry bottles of water for our guests, unfortunately. I spoke with our Omaha, NE location's manager, which is the location closest to the zip code provided, and they verified they do not have bottles of water.
I'm very sorry again for any inconvenience this may cause.
Have a great day and a Happy New Year!Review fromRosalinda B.

This is the location we have stopped to eat at a few times in the past with no major issues but yesterday 21 December 2024, myself, my husband, and my son stopped in for lunch. I had joined the waitlist before heading there and checked in once we arrived. We were the only party waiting to be seated and it was not busy at all. We were told to wait by the front and were doing so when another party of 3 arrived. They did not talk to anyone, walked straight into the dining area and were about to just sit at a table before they walked back up and said a few words to the man at the front who then had a waiter immediately seat them. Right after that another employee came out from the back and the 2 spent the next 5 minutes murmuring back and forth to each other, taking occasional glances in our direction. It was very weird and I was just confused on what was going on. Finally we were led to a table and told “Sorry about the wait”. We got a blooming onion for an appetizer and it tasted underdone, still like raw onion. The side of vegetables also could’ve used more cook time as the carrots were too hard to be pierced with the fork, and my son spent the last night throwing up his chicken tenders he ordered. I suspect the chicken may have been underdone like a lot of the other food. He has requested we never go back.Texas Roadhouse

Requested to be seated in a booth or above table. Was seated in the middle of restaurant. Asked to be moved. Was told it would be 20 minutes. Tables/booths were open. I said forget it. Walked to the front. Told manager we were leaving because she we could not get seated as requested. Manager said I could move you. I explained the other girl wouldn’t move us. Very poor customer service. Too many young people working there that do not care and do bit have good customer service skills.Texas Roadhouse

Most inept restaurant that I have ever encountered. I placed my order on-line at 3:15p.m. Curbside pick-up to be ready at 4:30p.m.. I arrived at 4:22p.m. and responded to the text that I had arrived. The response was that the order wasn't ready. Which was fine, I was a little early. To wait in my car and when the offer was ready they would let me know. I waited about 15 minutes and got the same response. I then called the number on the Curbside Pick-up parking spot sign where Ii was parked. While talking with the man a text popped up that the order was ready. The text was to go to the TO GO window and pick up my food. I.immediately went to the window to get the order. The man hardly spoke. He asked my name and gave me my order. I told him that the order was scheduled for Curbside Pick-up that I was told to stay in the car. That the order wasn't ready at the alloted time. This was my first and last time coming to pick up an order. Upon talking with other people about what happened I was informed that they had tried the Curbside Pick up and had the same experience. They actually tell you it's curbside when it's not. People with health problems and medical issues show up thinking they will bring the food to their cars. This is very misleading . The food was not good at all.Texas Roadhouse
