I had the worst experience with the staff as one of the hostesses cursed us as we was trying to get a table the manager on duty was very rude as well I think upper management needs to take care of the situation and clean house this will be my last time dining in any of their restaurants and I will be spreading the word about this issueTexas Roadhouse

Hi there, thank you so much for reaching out. Our guests are never required to pay using our Ziosk machines. The family and I went to eat after my brother-in-laws visiting hours at the funeral home! I have to say that I have NEVER felt so disrespected, humiliated and talked down to in my whole life by leaders in the service industry!
1) we were on the wait list and waited our 30 mins! When they called to seat us they put us in a booth after we asked for 6 and a high chair - they refused to give us a high chair stating it was a safety hazard. Then the manager came and told us if we wanted to move we will need to rejoin the waitlist and wait again - we said no, we will figure it out.
2) we received the bill and I questioned the upcharge of $10 for getting double wings in my app sampler because I don’t like the other 2 choices. The manager became very biligerent talking to us like we were trying to get a discount, she started going back and forth with my daughter saying they don’t even allow double-wings. I told her we should have been told that and I would have been fine. She continued going back and forth with my daughter, at this point, my daughter was very upset with how the manager was speaking to us!
In the end, the manager (Ty) asked us to leave the restaurant! I was like that’s fine, we will leave. I asked for the Regional Manager and they refused to give me any info said it is on the wall outside and by this time, they had many men standing around behind them like I was a criminal or something.
I am posting this in hopes that the Managing Partner (Evan F*****) sees this message! If you live in Newark and know this individual, please share this message with him so that he is aware of how this individual is treating his customers.

Terrible, rude and ****** management -
Incident Lon (9/1/23) around 10pm at the Montgomery, Al location involving a supervisor/manager who is a large build caucasian woman. We arrived and was seated ~8:30pm. My husband and I were treating my sister and her husband for their 35th anniversary. The waitress provided our food -9:30pm ( hour after being seated). The waitress dropped my sister’s food. It had to be recooked. The food was returned around 9:45pm. The steak had to be returned because it wasn’t medium well. The waitress returned with the food, but the rest of us had finished our food. When we received the bill, only $18 was deducted for the meal even though it was about $22. I asked the waitress about why only deducting 18 instead of the full amount ~22. She said that was the meal amount. I didn’t understand. I asked for the manager to explain. The supervisor/manager said no change and I told her I would report this to corporate and she became irate and began talking loud. She said good, because all that was going to happen is corporate will call her and she would then call me. She started yelling if you want my name, here it goes and started spelling it and clapping her hands after each letter. All of this in front of restaurant full of customers. I’ve never experienced anything like this over $3 or 4. She became just unglued. She told all of us to get out and she was banning us from the restaurant. I order on line and pick up at the drive thru . Three separate times they have taken my money and said they never received the order. I took a picture of the order on line with my cell phone this last time and they still could not find my order but my credit card went thru to my bank. They refused to give me my order or a refund. three times? sounds like a scam to me. not only that but the manager was rude to me. one and a half hours later i receive a message on my phone my order is ready. really! this is the worst customer service ever and something should be done legally. I went to F*** ****, was in and out in fifteen minutes and was treated very well by the staff. I hope this gets out socially and they get what they deserve---no customers

1 starWe were discriminated against at this restaurant. My family and I have visited the restaurant many times before and never had any problems. We went on June 19, 2023. We were seated and ordered drinks. When we asked for straws the waiter told us they ran out of straws the previous day. I thought this was strange but proceeded to drink my water. I glanced at the table behind us and saw all four individual had straws. The table in front of us to the right all had straws. We flagged down another waitress and she repeated the same story. Indicated yesterday was Father's Day and they were extremely busy and ran out of straws. Shortly after this I saw a waitress walk past with 30 straws in her her apron. I walked over to the waitress and asked for four straws which she handed to me. I walked back to our table and said we are leaving. My family will not spend our hard earned money at establishments that blatantly lie and discriminate against African Americans. All of the individuals who received straws that day were not of African American decent. As we were leaving we explained to the manager working that day what happened he also stated I'm sorry we don't have any straws. The manager at this establishment is upholding discriminatory practices and participating himself. Keep discriminating against African Americans you are going to catch a lawsuit.Review fromBrittany B

Walked up to the host & asked for a table for party of 6. The hostess asked us do we have a seating preference. We requested NO BOOTH, table only. We were told it was going to take 35-45 minutes to be seated. We received a txt stating to gather our party & head to the front hosting table. We walked up to the manager Stephanie & told her that we received the text. Stephanie told us to move to the side & the host would be coming to get us. We went to sit down at the benches & she rudely says “no, stand in the corner”. She wanted my 84-year-old grandmother my entire party to stand in a corner next to a filthy mop bucket. Stephanie told us that the table we requested was going to be unavailable & they could offer us a booth & attach a table with two seats to it. Stephanie stated that this tacky booth/table combo fits 8 people. She claimed there were larger parties they needed to fit at the tables that we requested. We told her that booth is not what we asked for, we wanted a table. The manager Stephanie rudely blurts out “THAT’S GOING TO BE A TWO-HOUR WAIT!”. We repeated once again that we specifically asked for a table and the host at the front door gave an estimate of a 35–45-minute wait. Stephanie says “the girl at the front door doesn’t know what kind of seats we have to offer”. My sister and I bickered back and forth with Stephanie for a minute while she tried to lie and state that the booth/table combination that she was trying to offer had more room. She also rudely mumbled “arguing isn’t going to get us anywhere.” We told her that we were going to be contacting higher management so go ahead and just give us the table/booth combo. Out of nowhere, Stephanie tells us that she’s getting a table ready for us. Ironically, we ended up sitting at the exact same table that we were at for Mother’s Day which only sits a total of 6 people. No larger parties could fit at that table, so once again, Stephanie lied.Texas Roadhouse

Chris is the manager and very rude and terrible customer service. He needs to be re trained or let ago. The place is filthy i don’t think it’s up to code honestly the to go area anyways.0/10 recommend. They can’t seem to get an order correct and try to offer blooming onions or ribs they refuse to refund ya. If you can’t get a simple kids meal order right please don’t offer more food. I intended to reaching out to more people about this. I love my community but this restaurant won’t get a dime from me I’ll drive further out. 1 starMy husband and I got severe food poisoning at the Waco Texas location on Tuesday 5/9/23. Called the manager Wednesday 5/10/23 to inform. He was rude and uncaring. Today is Friday 512/23 and we are still suffering with some of the poisoning symptoms. I have also called the Health Department and the Attorney General's office. Went to put up my order at the india apolis location and a gentleman next to me told me they gave him my order when he realized that my first name was the same as his last name so I thought nothing of it until I got home and there was opened silverware in my bag and my corn was poured out like it was eaten with juice all in the bottom on my bag. I don't know that person and that's VERY unprofessional not to mention a health hazard with giving someone else my food then expecting me to be ok with open silverware and food out like it got eaten. Not to mention I've waited over 15 mins on hold and still wasn't able to talk to anyone because they didn't answer.Texas Roadhouse
