I had to move, tried n tried to setup a payment plan got the run around, next thing I know I'm being sued by them. So I called their lawyers multiple times never once did I talk to an attorney, it was always a rep for the office, gave my name n number MULTIPLE times n explained not to call until after 4, the 3 times they called It was before 4. Because I do work. Then I get it was dismissed from the previous state I lived in. So I call republic financial, from the state I am in now. Wanting to setup a payment plan. I was told paperwork will be sent to my new address so I can setup an auto withdrawal from my account. I tried to give my account info so I can set it up right then. The rep refused to take my info n Never got any paperwork, AND TODAY I GOT SERVED BECAUSE IM BEING SUED AGAIN BY THEM!!! Now tell me how did I get served if I hadn't contacted them n gave my new address, but I couldn't the promised paperwork!! I'm the wrong one, I have friends n family in good areas!! I will be contacting everyone who has been lied to n given the run around n their credit destroyed because of this so called company. Everyone who has filed a complaint is public record and I'm report them to a lawyers office and the BBB!!Republic Finance, LLC

This company is 1000% PREDATORY! The terms of their loans are not clearly explained thereby leading to confusion and hidden/ unexpected charges. It is difficult to understand their loan terms because of the way they misrepresent their loan details. A check was sent to me in the mail during the time that I was struggling with tuition payment in Nursing school. I made on-time payments – sometimes 3- 5 months payments in advance and expected my interest rate to reduce as my loan reduced. That never happened! They continued to charge me a fixed interest rate amount until I paid off the loan today. The amount of interest I paid was almost the same as the amount I borrowed.
Very unethical and unprofessional Company! The worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with! Never again! Please stay away from them!Republic Finance, LLC

I've made 13 ON-TIME payments with Republic Fincance only for them to tell me not once, two, three but 4 times in over a year that I'm maxed out to renew my loan. Only one person there has looked at my file and said you're at you max and there is no reason for you to renew this loan and get a ding on your credit. I think they worked on commission. They can look at your file and tell you right then if you're eligible. I called yesterday, and the guy assured me that I had a thousand dollars available for me to get out and now I have a ding on my credit for denial. Normally I give great reviews for people especially If I think they're honest in doing a great job This office in kennesaw, will lie to you in plain sight. How do you borrow money from someone 2 years ago and have made every payment on time, if not early and don't have any funds available for renewals? Please make that make sense. I was told that they overloaned me.What the fuck does that mean? I make more money now than I did when I first took out the loan, so I'm not understanding. where you feel like I don't qualify and my credit score is better. People just be very careful with this particular location because they are not honest with their clients! The service is so bad that they confused my file with someone else and was giving me their information over the phone. They need to be careful who they hire in their location. They suck. Dont go there. I deposited live check they sent through mail. Went to pay back full amt of check 4 days later. Charged me additional $220. Said it was for starting the loan when loan fees were already deducted from check before depositing to my acct. They are a rip off. Noone there knew what they were doing. Mngr was helping all employees and directing them on what buttons to hit. It is gainesville georgia location. Please dont go there unless you want to throw your money away. Worst loan experience i ever had. Suppose to be 7 day grace period to cancel loan but they dont honor that. THIEVES.Republic Finance, LLC

This company said they mailed a check to my address, which they didn't. Someone else cashed it and they know who the person is as their corporate office told me who signed and cashed it at an unknown bank. Now they want to hold me responsible for paying the loan back. They are scammers and I would not suggest anyone do business with Republic Finance LLC! Now I have to do the work to clear my name for what their reckless business...Republic Finance, LLC

Do not i repeat do not borrow from this company, had a loan that was settled legally, where more was paid than what was owed, then to find out that is not the end of the highway robbery, now that the amount has been settled they can now come for more for interest after legal actions have been satisfied, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, please learn from my mishap’s and do not use this lending company there are better ones out there or be ready lose everything for their greed.Republic Finance, LLC

DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHARKS! They did my 73 year old father dirty.. They sent him a check that he deposited into his account. Made every payment on time four full YRS. January he had heart issues and was out of work for three months. March 26th he entered a payment agreement with a legal representative of $220 would be made on April 2-3. During this agreement the representative failed to disclose the fact that SHE HAD ALREADY FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM IN THE COURTS OF HIS COUNTY THE DAY BEFORE! My father sent that payment KEEPING HIS WORD. He was served with these papers at home at 5:30 PM on Saturday 5, 2025. In this lawsuit not only did the representative lie when she "swore she physically see my father sign loan papers in the office" the closest office to us is in san angelo she & she is in Ponchatoula LA. Then they also placed a military affiliated form in the lawsuit but my father has never served in the military. I COULD GO ON AND ON WITH WHAT SHE LIED ABOUT IN HER SWORN DOCUMENTS BUT HOPEFULLY YALL TAKE THIS AS A TO LESSON NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE SHARKS ON BEHALF OF A 73 YR OLD MAN TRYING TO SURVIVERepublic Finance, LLC
