      I bought a brand new Grand Design camper from these folks for around fifty thousand dollars. The camper has been an absolute nightmare, the camper stayed in the repair shop most of its warranty period. It has had a major failure of every system, electrical, plumbing, structural etc. The dealer ship has sent us an estimate of 11,000 dollars for the latest repairs needed and grand design refuses to pay for the repairs because the people at the dealership told grand Design the repairs were from neglect but they were caused by poor assembly. Now we have a camper we cannot use, and we are out 50k and they refuse to help

Very informative & helpful with letting us know our options in our price range & showed us units that had the certain features we commented on about likes & dislikes as we viewed the options.       I bought my travel trailer here in august of 2022. We stayed in it three times when the black tank valve stuck open on October 22nd 2022. I called for warranty and was told it would be best if I had my issues taken care of by a mobile repair company. I tried a couple and they didn’t do warranty work. I called back and they were still trying to push a mobile repairman for the warranty work.I explained that I couldn’t get anyone to do the warranty work so they scheduled an appointment for me to bring it in on the 14th of December. I was told it may take a couple weeks for repairs. It has been like pulling teeth to try and get anyone there to talk to me on the phone about my repairs. On January 14th 2023 I receive a text that a tech has started working on a recall item and is assessing the repair I actually brought the unit in for. The following week I received a text saying the repairs have been turned over to their warranty claims department for approval from the manufacturer and it could take a few days and then parts would be ordered. I am going on 2 months without the work even being started.
      It is march 2nd and I still have not gotten my camper back. **** ***** the service manager did call the day after my 1 star Google review and told me he was involved now and would get things moving forward. I haven’t been able to get in contact with him since. I did call back to back today until I finally got ahold of the lady that “is assigned to my work order”. She acted surprised and told my it was complete. I then told her that I would be in tomorrow to pick it up and she went to back peddling telling me she still needed to give it a once over and make sure she was reading the work order correctly and would call me back. To no surprise I haven’t heard back from her and when I call no one in the service dept is available. I am tired of being lied to and ignored all the while making a payment on a camper that I haven’t seen in almost 3 months.

      I drove about 1 hour to shop at some motorhomes they had isted on their website for sale. There were several in front and on their showroom floor. They were all unlocked and I was able to look through them and check out all the features without a salesman present. I saw others on their sales lot and wanted to look at them and headed that way. I was chased down by someone on a golf cart and told I was not allowed to look "at those" without an employee present.
      Mind you these were class b motorhomes and the chaser was a fairly large guy that wanted to shadow me inside them. I found the chaser guy to be very aggressive and demeaning, not someone that I wanted to deal with. I told him I was leaving their sales lot and to not have me arrested for trespassing. I can just imagine how they treat customers after the sale if this is how they treat them before the sale!
      I do not recommend shopping here.

      Thank you for the apology. Since this experience left such a negative image of your facility, I am not interested in a repeat trip to your business to work out your issues with the guy. Hopefully you have video cameras and can identify to golf cart chaser guy and he can be re-trained on his customer service skills.

      Defective product and would not stand behind it. Comes with a 1 year warranty and still took it in to cover up vs fix. In the meantime, they destroyed my flooring.
      I have pics, timeline etc etc.
      Unacceptable!
